WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – The William & Mary women's soccer team picked up a 2-0 victory over Colonial Athletic Association rival Drexel on Sunday afternoon at Martin Family Stadium at Albert-Daly Field. Senior

Sully Boulden netted goals in the victory. With the win, W&M improves to 5-7, 2-2 in league play, while the Dragons fall to 4-4-4, 1-2 in CAA play.
Miguelez put the Tribe ahead with a goal late in the first half. Off of a corner kick sent in by sophomore
Alex Kuhnle, the ball rolled dangerously in front of the goal. Miguelez was able to slide a shot into the empty net to give the Tribe the lead.
W&M doubled its lead in the 61st minute. Redshirt junior
Sarah Segan raced down the right side of the box and into the penalty area. When she got near the endline, Segan played a cross back into the middle of the area. Waiting on the ball was Boulden, who redirected the pass into the back of the net.
The two goals were more than enough for the Tribe defense, which recorded its third shutout of the season. Junior
Katelyn Briguglio made two saves in the clean sheet, and the Tribe got some help from the pipes on two Drexel attempts.

- Despite the score line, both teams fired 15 shots in the contest. However, W&M held a commanding 7-2 advantage in shots on-goal.
- Drexel also attempted eight corners compared to just three for W&M. The Tribe held the Dragons scoreless on the set pieces, while the Tribe's first goal came on its second corner kick.
