RICHMOND, Va. (Feb. 23, 2015)—After an outstanding performance in the Tribe's contest at No. 8 Duke on Sunday, William and Mary freshman Emma MacLeod has been selected as the Colonial Athletic Association Rookie of the Week.

Making her collegiate debut versus the Blue Devils, MacLeod came off the bench to score three goals on just four shots during a 6:39 span in the second half. The Richmond, Va., native also totaled three ground balls and a draw control.

MacLeod's effort helped fuel an impressive second half for the Tribe in which it outscored the Blue Devils, 7-6, following intermission.

The Tribe will return to action when it plays at Navy this Saturday at noon.
