The William & Mary men's swimming team gets the 2015-16 season underway this weekend, hosting Towson at 1 p.m. at the Rec Center Pool.  Fans who are not in town can follow along with live stats on the internet, or on the Meet Mobile app.

Scouting the Tribe
W&M is the defending CAA champion for the first time ever, and returns 68% of its championship swims from last year.  The senior class includes reigning CAA Swimmer of the Year Jeremiah O'Donnell (Chapel Hill, N.C.), as well as W&M's all-time winningest champion in Will Manion (Haddonfield, N.J.).  Other returning champions include senior Billy Russell (Newport News, Va.) in the sprints and Justin Barden (Gordonsville, Va.) in the back and fly events.  Sophomore Evan Baker (Chantilly, Va.) is also back, after earning CAA Rookie of the Year honors last winter.

Scouting the Tigers
Towson, the CAA runners-up last year, have already swum at two pre-season events, finishing third at the All-Florida Invitational in September and second at the Potomac Relays last weekend.  The Tigers finished on the podium in all eight events at the Potomac meet, and had 14 top-five finishes in Florida.  The lone returning CAA champion for Towson is conference record-holder Matt McKenney (200 fly).  The Tigers won this meet last year for the first time in a decade up in Maryland.
