The William and Mary volleyball team fell to visiting Towson, 3-0, Friday night at Kaplan Arena. The Tribe is now 10-8 on the year and 2-2 in league play, while the Tigers improve to 16-3 and 3-0 in the CAA.

The Tribe was led on the night by freshman Dessi Koleva (Torrance, Calif.), who recorded a double-double with 10 kills and 10 digs. She collected her kills while hitting .381, and added a pair of block assists. Redshirt-sophomore Paulette Grand Pre (Laguna Beach, Calif.) had seven kills, four digs, and one each of blocks and aces. Senior Shaylin O'Connell (Leesburg, Va.) tied a career-best with two solo blocks, and added two more block assists for a match-high four total blocks on the night.
Off the net, senior Molly Krull (Raleigh, N.C.) had 13 assists and an ace, while sophomore Carolina Rivas (Orlando, Fla.) added 11 assists. Celine Alasomuka (Centreville, Va.) had nine digs on defense, and Devin Andrews-Lyssy (Santa Rosa, Calif.) added six more.
William and Mary is back in action on Sunday afternoon, hosting Delaware at 2 p.m.
