Senior goalkeeper
Camilla Hill (Williamsburg, Va.) bore the brunt of the Tar Heel attack and helped up very well, making a season-high 13 stops on the afternoon. She had five saves in the first six minutes as she kept North Carolina scoreless through four corner opportunities before a deflection finally found the net. In fact, Hill turned aside a total of eight of the Tar Heel's attempts in the first 35 minutes, only allowing three in. The relentless attack continued in the second half, where Hill was able to turn aside five more shots while conceding only one more goal.
William and Mary returns to action next weekend, with a trip to Boston to face Northeastern in the CAA opener for both teams. The match will take place Sunday, September 26th, at 2 p.m.
