Lauren began her role as Marketing Coordinator with Van Wagner at William & Mary in March of 2020. In her role, she supports Van Wagner in its venture with William & Mary on athletic sponsorships, multimedia rights, and campus-wide strategic business partnerships.
Prior to joining Van Wagner, Lauren spent three years as the Tournament Coordinator for the Pure Silk Championship, a premier stop on the LPGA Tour. In this role, Lauren oversaw the recruitment, training, and management of 1,200 volunteers, in addition to coordinating all aspects of ticket sales, spectator services, and LPGA player transportation and accommodations. In conjunction with her role as Tournament Coordinator, from 2016 - 2017, she also worked as the Member Services Coordinator for The Club at Kingsmill where she was responsible for the planning and execution of all member special events, social clubs, and member-guest tournaments.
Lauren grew up playing golf where she competed on the Summit Christian Academy golf team and regional tournaments through the Virginia State Golf Association. In 2016, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from Thomas Nelson with an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration where she was a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Lauren is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing from Regent University and resides in Newport News.
