Wolford comes to William & Mary after a very successful year at Limestone College where she worked with field hockey, women’s soccer, women’s volleyball, men’s and women’s track and field, and men’s and women’s cross country.  She also assisted with several other varsity sports.  Wolford was in charge of nutrition for female athletes and assisted in the development and design of a nutrition station located just outside of the Saints’ weight room.

Wolford holds a master’s in Exercise Science from the University of Toledo, where she spent two years as a graduate assistant on the strength and conditioning staff for the Rockets.  While there, she primarily worked with the women’s track and field, women’s golf, women’s tennis, women’s diving, and the men’s and women’s cross country teams, but was also involved with a number of other sports.

Prior to receiving her master’s, Wolford attended West Virginia University where she earned a bachelor’s in Exercise Physiology.  While there, she spent a year as a strength and conditioning intern for the Mountaineers.  She assisted in carrying out and implementing the strength and conditioning programs for several sports including football, baseball, men’s soccer, wrestling, gymnastics, and men’s and women’s swimming and diving.

In addition to her strength and conditioning experience, Wolford was an athlete herself on the women’s track team at WVU.  She was a three-time member of the Academic All-Big East Conference team and competed in the 500, 400, 400 hurdles, and 4x400 meter relay for the Mountaineers.
