Allie Lewis enters her second season as a volunteer assistant at William and Mary in 2011, returning to her alma mater after two years away. Lewis works primarily with the long sprinters and middle distance runners, while also training towards the Olympic Trials as a post-collegiate athlete.
While at W&M, Lewis was the 2008 CAA Champion at 800m, and set school records both indoors and outdoors in the half mile as well as on the 4x400m relay. In her four years, Lewis earned all-conference honors three times and All-East honors twice individually and once on a relay. That latter performance was a runner-up showing in the 4x800m relay outdoors in 2006.
Lewis graduated in 2008 with a degree in biology and kinesiology, and earned her M.S. as a Physician's Assistant from the Jefferson College of Health Sciences. In addition to helping the Tribe, she is a credentialed surgical PAC in Williamsburg.
