Aimee Clark joined William & Mary in July of 2019 and serves as the Tribe’s Coordinator of Athletics Strategies and Engagement/Chief of Staff.  She works directly with Huge as a member of the department’s senior leadership team, assuming a broad range of duties in support of the development and implementation of the upcoming athletics strategic plan.
 
Clark spent the last five years serving with the United States Marine Corps (USMC) and was a four-year letter winner in lacrosse at the United States Naval Academy from 2011-14.
 
Clark was commissioned in May 2014 after earning a Bachelor’s of Science degree in English from the United States Naval Academy.  She was designated as a Logistics Officer and stationed in Camp Lejeune, N.C., following her completion of the Logistics Officer Course and Army Airborne School. Her operational assignments included: Transportation Platoon Commander and Executive Officer with 2d Transportation Support Battalion, Current Operations, Officer and Training Officer with Combat Logistics Regiment 2.  Clark also deployed to Europe and Africa as the Assistant Logistics Officer for Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force – Crisis Response – Africa (SPMAGTF CR-AF), coordinating Quick Reaction Force (QRF) training missions in 13 countries and logistical supply reconnaissance missions to Senegal and Gabon in support of crisis response planning. Her personal awards include the Navy Commendation Medal and the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal.
 
As a student-athlete at Navy, Clark helped the Mids to a 66-14 record over her four seasons with the lacrosse program, including three Patriot League Championships and three NCAA Tournament appearances. She finished her career with 208 goals, 43 assists and captained the 2014 squad. A two-time All-Patriot League selection, Clark was a three-time Patriot League All-Tournament selection and was twice named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
 
Clark resides in Norfolk with her husband, Alex.
