2024 (Junior)
Played in 27 matches with seven starts, appearing in 106 sets... Led the team with 381 digs which ranked top-10 in the CAA... Averaged 3.59 digs per set... Also had a team-high 24 service aces and chipped in 109 assists... Tallied 15 digs vs. Old Dominion (9/3)... Notched 21 digs in a victory over USC Upstate (9/13)... Dug out 27 balls against Stony Brook (9/27)... Later notched 21 digs and three service aces to help W&M beat the Seawolves (9/28)... Named CAA Defensive Player of the Week for Sep. 30... Posted a season-best 32 digs in an upset win over Delaware (10/12) to earn CAA Defensive Player of the Week honors for the second time... Had a double-double with 19 digs and 10 assists in a win vs. UNCW (10/26)... Totaled 40 digs and 12 assists in a weekend road sweep of Elon (11/9-11/10).

2023 (Sophomore)
Saw action in 103 of the team’s 105 sets, playing in all 28 matches… Finished the season in the top 10 in the CAA with 339 digs… Led the Tribe with 3.29 digs per set and totaled 100 assists with 24 aces… Returned serves at a 95.3% clip over 549 attempts… Named to Bucknell Invitational Tournament Team… Recorded double-digit digs in 20 matches… Tallied 26 digs and seven assists in the Tribe’s pair of opening-day matches (8/25)… Posted a perfect serve receive rate in three consecutive matches in 65 total attempts (9/9-17)… Made 20 digs while recording an ace, an assist and a kill at Ohio (9/9)… Recorded a season-high four aces in the Tribe’s four-set victory over Elon (10/7)… Produced a season-best nine assists at Stony Brook with 18 digs (10/28).
 
2022 (Freshman)
Played in 50 sets over 18 matches and made one start in her freshman year… Had 66 total digs to go with seven service aces and six assists… Made collegiate debut at South Florida (8/26)... Had six digs in three-set wins over Duquesne and Canisius (9/2-3)... Served a pair of aces and added eight digs in a win over George Mason (9/10)... Recorded an assist and a season-high 11 digs in a win at Elon (9/25).. Had 10 digs and two service aces at N.C. A&T (10/8). 
 
High School
Four-year letterwinner at North Gwinnett High School outside of Atlanta… Had over 500 digs in each of her sophomore and junior seasons… Helped her team to three regional championships and a 7A state quarter final appearance in all four seasons… Named to the Gwinnett Super 6 and was named Gwinnett County Scholar Athlete of the Year… Four-time Gwinnett Country Scholar Athlete list... two final four appearances in the state tournament… Named an AP Scholar with distinction, National Honor Society and National Merit Scholar…

Born October 14, 2003, in Rochester, New York, to parents John and Amy… Cousins, Quinn & Lindsay McDowell, played basketball at W&M… Cousin Dante Cook played football at W&M… Uncle, Dave McDowell, played basketball at W&M… Aunt, Jennifer, played volleyball at Georgia… Cousins, Kayla and Keegan McDowell, played basketball at Missouri and Liberty, respectively… Cousin, Breann, swam at Louisville and cousin, Delaney, ran track at Liberty… Plans to major in Business Analytics with Supply Chain emphasis.
