2019-20
Indoor: Broke five school records over the course of the season ... First W&M women's athlete to earn All-East honors indoors in either the 200m or the 400m ... Finished eighth in the 200m and fifth in the 400m at the ECAC Championships ... Also anchored the 4x400m relay to a school-record and fourth place time for her third All-East honor of the season ... First school record came at Navy in late February, when she ran 55.81 to win the 400m and break her own all-time mark ... Improved that to 55.44 in the ECAC prelims and 55.40 in the ECAC finals ... In the 200m, ran a school record 24.56 in the prelims of the ECAC Championships, and improved to 24.43 in the finals ... In just five seasons, upped her record 10 school records, third-most ever among sprinters and the most since 1987 ... Also ran a lifetime-best 1:15.52 in the 500m at Navy in December ... Named second-team All-State as part of the 4x400m relay on the first-ever VaSID Indoor Track & Field all-state team ... CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll for having a GPA over 3.0 in the fall semester ... Chosen as the CAA's Leadership & Sports Excellence Award winner for women's track & field.
Outdoor: Season cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic ... W&M Provost's Award for having a GPA over 3.5.
2018-19
Indoor: All-East after helping W&M to a fifth-place finish in the 4x400m relay at the ECAC Championships ... The Tribe broke the school record in both the prelims and the finals ... Also broke three school records individually during the season ... Ran 25.05 in the 200m at Penn State to open February, and break the previous record of 25.38 that had stood since 2008 ... The following week at Navy, won both the 200m and the 400m, both in school record time ... In the 400m, ran 55.95 to break the record of 56.11 set in 2017 ... Came back to run the 200m in 24.79 to break her own record set the week before ... Focused on the 400m at the ECAC Championships, bowing in the prelims ... Also ran 7.94 in the 60m dash at VMI in mid-January.
Outdoor: Broke her own school record in the 200m dash at the CAA Championships ... Ran 24.11 in the prelims ... Also ran a lifetime-best 55.79 in the prelims of the 400m ... Went on to finish eighth in the finals of both events ... Also ran on the Tribe's two relays at the CAA Championships, finishing fifth in both the 4x100m and the 4x400m ... Ran both relays at the ECAC Championships as well ... W&M Provost's Award for having a GPA over 3.5 ... CAA Academic Honor Roll for having a GPA over 3.0.
2017-18
Indoor: Led-off the 4x400m at the ECAC Championships ... Ran sub-8 four times in the 60m dash ... Best performance was 7.90 at the VMI Winter Relays, ranking her fourth in school history ... Also ran the 200m dash three times ... Best time of 25.42 also came at the VMI Winter Relays ... That was the second-fastest race ever at W&M, just .04 off the school record ... Ran on four of the top-five 4x400m relays for the season.
Outdoor: Broke the school record in the 200m dash, running 24.38 in the prelims of the CAA Championships ... Went on to finish sixth overall ... Also finished 12th in the 100m dash, running a lifetime-best 12.16 seconds ... That was the third-fastest single race in school history ... Qualified for the ECAC 200m, where she finished 12th overall ... Swept the 100m and 200m against Buffalo at the Stimson Memorial Quad Meet ... Also won the 200m against Navy and finished second against George Mason ... Second against Navy and third against GMU in the 100m .... Opened the year with a win in the 100m at the Tribe Invitational ... Finished 11th in the 200m at the Colonial Relays ... Ran on each of the four fastest 4x400m relays on the year, including at the ECAC Championships and the CAA Championships ... W&M Provost's Award for having a GPA over 3.5.
