Cross Country: One of W&M's most improved runners, finishing as part of the scoring line-up at all six meets ... Fourth on the team at both the Richmond Spider Alumni Open and at the home meet ... Took fifth overall in the latter race ... Fifth on the team at UVA ... Sixth on the team at each of the last three meets, including Penn State, the CAA Championships, and the Southeast Regional ... CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll for having a GPA over 3.0 in the fall semester.
Indoor: Earned All-East honors, finishing second overall in the 1,000m run at the ECAC Championships ... Ran a school-record time of 2:49.30 in the finals to break the record that had stood for over 20 years ... Had improved her lifetime-best by more than four seconds when she ran 2:51.39 in the prelims of the event ... Also ran an indoor-best 2:13.35 at 800m at Penn State in early February ... Ran a lifetime-best 4:59.72 in the mile at Navy in December ... Led-off both the 4x800m relay and the DMR at VMI in mid-February, the latter in an ECAC-qualifying time.
Outdoor: Season cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
2018-19
Cross Country: Ran once ... Finished 32nd overall at the Richmond Spider Alumni Open.
Indoor: Named All-East after helping the Tribe to a seventh-place finish in the DMR at the ECAC Championships ... Individually, runner-up in the 800m at Liberty after running a personal-best 2:15.93 ... Also set bests of 2:57.09 in the 1,000m at VMI, and 1:18.11 in the 500m at Navy in December.
Outdoor: Finished eighth in the 800m at the CAA Championships ... Opened the season with three lifetime-bests in as many meets ... Began the year running 2:15.09 to win the 800m at the Stimson Memorial Meet ... Improved to a lifetime-best 2:11.98 to finish 10th at the Colonial Relays ... The next week, ran 4:39.64 in the 1,500m at George Mason ... Ran on W&M's fifth-place 4x400m relay at the CAA Championships ... Anchored the 4x400m at the ECAC Championships ... CAA Academic Honor Roll for having a GPA over 3.0.
2017-18
Cross Country: Redshirted ... Ran twice unattached ... Finished 27th overall at the Spider Alumni Open, and 51st at the W&M Invitational.
Indoor: Ran on both of W&M's DMR teams during the season, including at the ECAC Championships ... Individually, ran three times with a best of 2:17.13 in the 800m on the flat track at the UCS Invitational ... Also ran the 4x800m at VMI, and the 4x400m at VMI and both Liberty meets.
Outdoor: Finished second overall in the 800m at the Stimson Memorial Quad Meet in 2:16.32 ... Earned victories over George Mason and Buffalo while finishing a narrow second to Navy ... Ran a lifetime-best in the 800m at Duke, timing 2:15.74 ... Ran at the CAA Championships, but did not advance to finals ... Ran the 800m leg on the DMR that took second at the Colonial Relays ... Also ran the 4x400m at the Tribe Invitational ... W&M Provost's Award for having a GPA over 3.5.
