Outdoor: NCAA Qualifier in the javelin ... Finished 41st in the NCAA Eastern Semifinals ... Earned All-East honors, finishing eighth at the ECAC Championships ... All-CAA for the second year in a row, taking second at the conference championships by a single centimeter ... Threw a season-best 45.44m (149-1) to take third at George Mason in mid-April ... That earned her the second CAA Athlete of the Week award of the season ... First award came after she opened the year with win at the W&M Triangular ... Finished third in the javelin at the Colonial Relays ... Named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team ... CAA Academic Honor Roll for having a GPA over 3.0.

2017-18
Indoor: Did not compete.
Outdoor: CAA Champion in the javelin ... Won on the final throw of the competition ... Opened the year with a lifetime-best throw of 44.34m (145-6) to win the Tribe Invitational ... Also won the following week at the Stimson Memorial Quad Meet, defeating all three opponents ... Threw 44.07m (144-7) to take third at the Colonial Relays ... Finished 10th at the Penn Relays college division ... Also took 10th at the ECAC Championships ... Over the summer, threw 45.57m (149-6) to win the Nutmeg State Games.

2016-17
Indoor: Redshirted.
Outdoor: Finished fifth in the javelin at the CAA Championships ... Best throw of the year came at CNU, where she won with a throw of 40.63m (133-4) ... Also won the javelin in her first career meet, the Tribe Invitational ... Competed seven times overall.

Prep
Named all-state all four years in the javelin ... Runner-up at the New England Championships in her junior year ... Qualified for New Balance Nationals each of the last two years, finishing ninth in 2016 ... Connecticut State Field Athlete of the Year as a senior ... Also the Connecticut Thrower of the Year in 2016 ... Named all-league each of the last three years in the javelin, twice in the heptathlon, and as a senior in the high jump and 100m hurdles as well ... Also a standout soccer player ...
