2024-25 Season
Indoor Track & Field: Finished second in the pole vault at the CAA Championships (2/26-27/25) at 3.78m (12' 4.75") … Posted a season-best in the pole vault at the Penn State National Open (1/31/25-2/1/25) at 3.90m (12' 9.5"), the 36th-best mark in the Southeast Region … Placed second in the pole vault at the East Coast Invitational (2/7-8/25), posting a mark of 3.87m (12' 8.25") … Claimed second place in the pole vault at the Navy Indoor Invitational (12/7/24) with a mark of 3.75m (12' 3.5").
Outdoor Track & Field: Placed third in the pole vault at the CAA Championships (5/14-15/25) with a mark of 3.90m (12' 9.5") … Claimed podium finishes in the pole vault at the Fred Hardy Invitational (second at 3.70m (12' 1.5")), the Dan Stimson Memorial Invitational (second at 3.67m (12' 0.5")), and the Colonial Relays (third at 3.70m (12' 1.5")) … Won the pole vault at the Virginia Challenge (4/18-19/25), posting a season-best mark of 3.95m (12' 11.5"), the 34th-best mark in the Southeast Region.

2023-24 Season 
Selected to the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll during the fall. 
Indoor Track & Field: Finished second at the Navy Indoor Invitational in the pole vault with a mark of 3.70m (12/2)…Also posted 3.70m in pole vault at Nave Select (2/16).
Outdoor Track & Field: Competed in the Dan Stimson Memorial (3/16).
 
Earned her Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from W&M in May of 2024. 

2022-23 Season
Indoor Track & Field: Captured All-CAA honors… Won bronze in the pole vault at the CAA Indoor Championships (02/23/23), clearing a height of 3.70m (12-01.50)… Moved into No. 4 on the all-time pole vault performers list, clearing 3.91m (12-10.0) at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (02/10/23)… Opened the season with a first-place showing at the Navy Invitational (12/03/22).
Outdoor Track & Field: Took second in the pole vault (3.98m) at the ECAC Championships (05/13/23)… Finished on the podium at the CAA Championships (05/05/23) in the pole vault with a second-place showing at 3.90m (12-09.5)… Her CAA Championships height was a brand-new PR and moved her into a tie on the Tribe’s all-time performers list. 
 
2021-22 Season
Outdoor Track & Field: Captured All-East honors by clearing a height of 3.78m (12-4.75) at the ECAC Championships (05/15/22)… Opened the season with a second-place showing at the Fred Hardy Invitational (03/18/22).
 
2020-21 Season 
Received William & Mary Provost Award for Academic Excellence. 

Prep
Only competed in the pole vault for one year ... Qualified for the NSAF Nationals both indoors and outdoors her senior year ... Also qualified for the Penn Relays ... Won the Vertical Adventures Beach Vault in August of 2020, tying her lifetime-best at 12-0 ... A veteran golfer, winning the conference title in 2019 and qualifying for the district championships ... Was also a national-level gymnast ... Member of the National Honor Society.

Daughter of Diane and Peter Sitkowski ... Mother played field hockey at Lehigh ... Sister, Elizabeth, competed as an equestrian at Edinboro ... Enjoys riding horses, golf, hiking, and travel.
