Cross Country: Ranked as W&M's top runner on the year, scoring 36 points in six races ... Led the Tribe in three races, including a win at the W&M Invitational ... Ranked second on the team and eighth overall at the CAA Championships for all-conference honors ... Also led W&M at UVA, in 31st overall, and with a 26th-place showing at Penn State ... Finishing fifth overall and second on the team at the season-opening Richmond Spider Alumni Open ... Fifth on the team at the Southeast Regional ... CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll for having a GPA over 3.0 in the fall semester.
Indoor: ECAC qualifier in both the 3,000m and the 5,000m ... Ran the longer distance at the ECAC Championships, finishing 10th overall ... Season-best time of 17:09.60 came at VMI in mid-February ... Ran a personal-best 9:49.59 in the 3,000m at Penn State in early February ... Also ran the mile once, timing 5:10.21 on the flat track at George Mason in late January.

2018-19
Cross Country: Finished 17th overall at the CAA Championships, and fourth on the team to help W&M reclaim the conference title after a one-year hiatus ... Third on the team at the Southeast Regional, finishing 107th overall ... Also ran third on the team at Paul Short, finishing 138th overall ... Fourth on the team at the Richmond Spider Alumni Open, in 11th place overall.
Indoor: Earned All-East honors after finishing fourth in the 5,000m at the ECAC Championships ... Ran a lifetime-best 16:46.44 in the race ... Capped off a season with four races and four personal-best performances ... Started with a 5:12 mile at VMI in mid-January ... Runner-up in the 3,000m at Penn State in 9:50.90 ... Won the 5,000m on the flat track at the JDL Invitational in 17:12.04.
Outdoor: Silver-medalist in the 10,000m at the CAA Championships, earning all-conference honors ... Also ran the 5,000m at the conference meet, taking fourth ... Opened the year with a lifetime-best 4:37.98 for 1,500m at the Stimson Memorial Meet ... Shattered her lifetime-best at 10,000m at the Raleigh Relays, finishing third in 34:56.55 ... Cross Country: Redshirted.
Indoor: Helped Winthrop to an all-conference third-place finish in the DMR at the Big South Championships ... Individually, finished fourth in the 3,000m ... Ran a lifetime-best 10:00.17 in the 3,000m at Marshall.
Outdoor: Won the conference title in the 10,000m with a lifetime-best 36:13.59 ... Also finished fifth in the 5,000m ... Set lifetime-bests in four different events over her last four meets of the year, culminating in the 10,000m at the Big South Championships ... Began her string with a 2:20.95 800m at Charlotte in mid-April ... The next week, ran 16:46.58 in the 5,000m at Duke ... Two weeks later, ran 4:42.84 in the 1,500m at Liberty ... The week after that was the Big South Championships.

Cross Country: Named the Big South Rookie of the Year ... Finished seventh at the conference championships for All-Conference honors ... Ran second for Winthrop at the regional meet.
Indoor: Finished seventh in the 5,000m at the Big South indoor Championships ... Helped Winthrop to fourth in the DMR ... Ran a season-fast 5:16.44 in the mile at Virginia Tech ... Best time of the year in the 3,000m was 10:31.49 at Marshall.
Outdoor: Earned all-conference honors with a third-place finish in the 10,000m at the Big South Championships ... Also finished sixth in the 5,000m ... Ran a season-best 10,000m with a 37:17.01 at Virginia ... Ran 17:51.41 to win the 5,000m at Charlotte ... Best 1,500m of the season was 4:49.86 at the Liberty Twilight.
