Cross Country: Redshirted ... CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll for having a GPA over 3.0 in the fall semester.
Indoor: Ran three times ... Set personal-best marks each time ... Season-best and lifetime-best of 10:14.43 in the 3,000m came at Penn State in early February ... One week later, ran an indoor-best 17:59.46 in the 5,000m at VMI.
Outdoor: Season cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic ... W&M Provost's Award for having a GPA over 3.5.
2018-19
Cross Country: Finished sixth overall and second on the team to help lead W&M to the CAA Championship and earn all-conference honors ... Was the Tribe's top finisher and took 60th overall at the Southeast Regional ... That was also the top finisher for any runner from the CAA this year ... Also led W&M and took 121st overall at Pre-Nationals ... Fourth on the team and 150th overall at Paul Short ... Opened the year running 16th overall at the Richmond Spider Alumni Open.
Indoor: Ran the mile twice ... Best time was 5:06.47 at Penn State in early February ... Anchored the W&M DMR to an ECAC-qualifying time at Navy.
Outdoor: Ran the 5,000m at the CAA Championships, finishing 13th overall ... Best performance at the distance was 17:37.85 at the Colonial Relays ... Ran the 3,000m steeplechase at the Stimson Memorial Meet, timing 11:37.30 for fifth place ... Won the 2,000m steeplechase at the season-opening W&M Triangular in 7:16.91 ... W&M Provost's Award for having a GPA over 3.5 ... CAA Academic Honor Roll for having a GPA over 3.0.
2017-18
Cross Country: Ran for the varsity at both the CAA Championships and the Southeast Regional ... Finished 28th overall at the conference meet ... Also ran on the varsity at UVA and at Penn State ... Opened the year unattached, finishing 11th at the Spider Alumni Open.
