2024-25 Season
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction during the fall semester.
Cross Country: Earned All-CAA honors for the third time in her career … Appeared in four of six meets … Led the Tribe at the Pirate Cross Country Invitational (second in 21:07.1), the Panorama Farms Invitational (14th in 21:03.9, a career-best in the 6,000m), and the NCAA Southeast Regional Championship (53rd in 21:50.8) … Finished second on the team and eighth overall at the CAA Championships (2/27/25), posting a time of 21:18.0.
Indoor Track & Field: Won the mile at the CAA Championships (2/26-27/25) in 4:44.65 … Set the school mile record at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (2/14-15/25), crossing the line in 4:42.59 … Her time was the 31st-best in the Southeast Region … Won the 3,000m at the Navy Indoor Invitational (12/7/24) in 9:39.54 … At the Brant Tolsma Invitational (1/23-25/25), won the mile in 4:47.30 and placed second in the 1,000m in 2:53.10, both marks ranking top 10 in program history … Won the 3,000m at the Penn State National Open (1/31/25-2/1/25) in 9:26.69, the seventh-fastest time in school history.
Outdoor Track & Field: Placed third at the CAA Championships (5/14-15/25) in the 1,500m with a time of 4:23.96, becoming the fifth-fastest performer in school history … Won the 800m at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/21/25) in a personal-best time of 2:12.04 … Finished fifth in the 1,500m at the Hill City Twilight (5/2/25), crossing the line in 4:25.23.

2023-24 Season
Cross Country: Ran in the final five events of the fall … Finished as W&M’s fourth runner at the CAA Championships (10/27/23), crossing the line in 22:17.9 to take 32nd … Was the Tribe’s fifth runner at the NCAA Southeast Regional (11/10/23), placing 153rd in 22:48.8 … Started her season with a 40th-place finish (18:48.0) in the Adidas XC Challenge (9/15/23) … Finished as the Tribe’s fifth runner at the Virginia XC23 Pre-Nationals (10/14/23), placing 98th in 22:39.7.
Indoor Track & Field: Placed 13th in the 3000m (9:51.02) at the CAA Championships (2/22-23/24) … Competed in the mile at the championships as well … Won the mile (4:59.02) and was part of the winning 4x400m relay at the Navy Select (2/16/24) … Finished third in the 3000m (10:01.96) at the Brant Tolsma Invitational (1/18-20/24) … Placed fifth in the mile (5:05.06) at the George Mason Patriot Games (1/26-27/24).
Outdoor Track & Field: Claimed third in the 5000m at the Colonial Relays (4/4-6/24) in a time of 16:27.99, which ranks 14th in school history … Won the 1500m (4:33.78) and finished second in the 800m (2:15.25) at the Dan Stimson Memorial Invitational (3/16/24) … Placed fifth in the 1500m (4:34.86) and eighth in the 800m (2:16.01) at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/22/24) … Took 13th in the 1500m (4:36.87) at the Virginia Grand Prix (4/12-13/24).

2022-23 Season
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction...Received William & Mary Provost Award for Academic Excellence.
 
2021-22 Season
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction
Cross Country: Captured All-CAA honors… Led the way for W&M at the CAA Championship (10/30/21), placing 14^th overall at 22:32.60… Was 88^th at the NCAA Southeast Regional (11/12/21) at 22:11.9… Finished 22^nd at the Virginia XC23 Invitational (10/15/23) in 18:16.7… Paced the Green and Gold at the Paul Short Run (10/01/21), finishing in 55^th with a time of 21:08.8… Posted a top-10 finish at the Virginia Invitational (09/17/21) with a time of 18:00.0… Opened the season with a dominant first-place showing at the W&M Invitational (09/11/21), crossing the finish line in 19:01.37… Notched W&M Student-Athlete of the Week honors (09/21/21).
Outdoor Track & Field: Earned All-East honors in her first collegiate 3,000m at the ECAC Championships (05/14/23). 
 
2020-21 Season
Cross Country: Ran a 20:11.8 to finish third in the CAA Championship (03/05/21), tying the best-ever W&M finish for a rookie… Finished 30^th at the Spider/Patriot Winter XC Class (02/20/21) with a time of 18:12.1… Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction… Received William & Mary Provost Award for Academic Excellence.

Prep
Won the Virginia state title in the 1,000m indoors in 2020 ... Also finished second in the state 3,200m indoors as a senior ... Won state titles on the 4x800m relay in both 2017 (indoors) and outdoors (2018) ... Earned a total of seven individual all-state honors ... State runner-up in the 1,000m in both 2017 and 2018 ... All-state in cross country both as a freshman and as a sophomore ... Qualified for the Nike Cross Nationals with her team in 2019 ... Team went on to finish 10th in the nation ... Named Honorable Mention All-Met in both cross country and indoor track by the Washington Post her senior year ... Qualified for the New Balance Indoor Nationals Emerging Elite 800m in 2020 ... Graduated in the top 10% of her class.

Daughter of Joyce Jones and Troy Holland ... Mother graduated from W&M in 1981 ... Father ran cross country and track at Flagler ... Twin sister, Hannah, is also a member of the W&M cross country and track & field teams ... Enjoys yoga, reading, sewing, textile and functional art, hiking, and journaling.
