2022-23 Season 
Cross Country: Competed at multiple events for the Tribe, highlighted by a 25^th-place performance at the CNU Regional Preview (09/16/22) in 23:58.6… Recorded a top-45 showing at the Charlotte Opener (09/02/22). 
Indoor Track & Field: Opened the season with a top-5 showing in the mile at the Navy Invitational (12/03/22). 
 
2021-22 Season 
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction.
Outdoor Track & Field: Notched a top-10 showing in the 800m at the Virginia Grand Prix (05/01/22)

2020-21 Season 
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction. 

2019-20
Cross Country: Ran at each of the Tribe's first five meets ... Fifth on the team at the season-opening Richmond Spider Alumni Open, taking 14th overall ... Finished 49th at the CAA Championships ... 10th overall at the home meet ... Also ran at both UVA and Penn State ... CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll for having a GPA over 3.0 in the fall semester.
Indoor Track & Field: Ran a lifetime-best in the 1,000m at Navy in December, timing 3:01.80 ... On the flat track at George Mason, ran the 800m in 2:19.52 ... Also ran the 4x400m relay at Navy in December.
Outdoor Track & Field: Season cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Prep
Earned eight all-state awards in two years at West Springfield ... Helped win the state title indoors in 4x800m each of the last two years ... Earned prep All-America honors in the 4x800m indoors as a junior in 2018 ... Led-off West Springfield's national runner-up DMR outdoors in 2018 as well ... Helped West Springfield earn runner-up honors at the Virginia state championships outdoors in 2018 and 2019 ... Finished 14th overall at the state cross country championships as a senior, helping West Springfield win the state team championship ... Also earned all-state honors in the 1,600m outdoors in 2019, in the 800m outdoors in 2018, and in the 1,000m indoors in 2018 ... Totaled seven all-district and all-region honors ... Competed as an equestrian for seven years as well, and still enjoys show jumping ... Won a high school non-fiction writing contest in 2016 ... AP Scholar with Distinction ... Graduated with honors ... Member of the National Honor Society ... Also a member of the Math Honor Society and the German Club ... Member of the National Society of High School Scholars.
