Indoor: Begin the season with a win at the CNU Holiday Open ... Topped the bar at 3.59m (11-9.25) ... Also won at CNU in January and in February ... Set a lifetime-best at 3.82m (12-6.25) at the second meet ... Earned her first All_East award at the ECAC Championships, finishing second overall ... Cleared the bar at a new all-time best of 3.85m (12-7.5).
Outdoor: Qualified again for the ECAC Championships after jumping an outdoor-best 3.81m (12-6) at UVA's last chance meet ... Finished 10th at the ECAC meet ... Took third at the Colonial Relays at 3.71m (12-2).
2012-13
Indoor: Qualified for the ECAC Championships for the third time ... Cleared 3.60m or better in every meet ... Best of 3.75m (12-3.5) came at Virginia Tech ... Placed 13th at a height of .365m (11-11.75) at the ECAC Championships ... Won the vault at the CNU Captain's Invitational.
Outdoor: ECAC qualifier once again ... Runner-up at the CAA Championships for All-CAA honors ... Cleared 3.72m (12-2.5) or better in each of her last four meets ... Closed the season on a high note, topping 3.80m (12-5.5) at UVA ... Won the vault at CNU in late April ... Anchored the 4x100m relay at both CNU and at the CAA Championships.
2011-12
Indoor: Qualified for the ECAC Championships ... Won the vault at the Vince Brown Invitational with a massive clearance of 3.81m (12-6) ... Broke the College's freshman record in the process.
Outdoor: Broke the outdoor freshman record with her first vault of the spring ... Cleared the bar at 3.80m (12-5.5) for the win at Richmond ... Effort also qualified her for the ECAC Championships ... Had her season ended at the Colonial Relays, suffering an injury on her first jumping attempt.
Prep: Third in the pole vault at the 2011 New England Outdoor Championships ... Also finished third in the vault at the Connecticut State Open ... Class L state champion in 2011 with a record-jump of 11-7.25 (3.54m) ... Indoors as a senior, won the Class L state title and finished fourth at the State Open championships ... Also earned all-state honors on Darien's 4x400m relay ... As a junior, was the Class L runner-up both indoors and outdoors ... Also second indoors at the state meet as a sophomore in 2009 ... Also swam for Darien, helping the team to the 2009 Class M state title as a sprinter.
Personal: Daughter of Susan and Glenn Crafford ... Father was a vaulter for the W&M track team from 1975-77 ... Will be the fifth member of her family and the fifth-generation of the Craffords to attend the College ... Great-great uncle Robert Crafford attended in the late 1840's ... Great-grandfather, Mercer Waller Crafford, Sr., graduated in 1907 ... Great uncle, Mercer Waller Crafford, Jr., graduated in 1941 ... Father, Glenn Crafford, graduated in 1977 ... Enjoys swimming, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
