Indoor: All-East honors as part of W&M's fourth-place and school-record setting 4x400m relay ... Team timed 3:43.05 in the ECAC Championships finals ... Named second-team All-State as part of the 4x400m relay on the first-ever VaSID Indoor Track & Field all-state team ... ECAC qualifier individually, finishing ninth in the finals of the 500m dash ... Ran an indoor-best in every event this season ... Timed 1:14.15 in the finals of the 500m at the ECAC Championships ... At Penn State in early February, ran the 400m in 57.72 ... Indoor: Named All-East after helping W&M to take fifth in the 4x400m relay at the ECAC Championships ... Team broke the school record that Runge helped set back in 2017 in both the prelims and the finals ... Led-off each of the five fastest relays on the season for the Tribe ... Individually, ran lifetime-bests in both the 400m and the 200m during the season ... Ran 25.72 in the 200m for seventh at Navy in early February ... The next week, timed 58.72 on the flat track at JDL for sixth place in the 400m ... Won the 400m at CNU in early February in 59.78 seconds ... Opened the year with a third-place finish in the 500m at Navy, timing 1:17.51.
Outdoor: Helped break the school record in the 4x400m relay at the Colonial Relays ... Team ran 3:46.94 to break the decade-old mark and finish third overall ... Ran both the 400m and the 200m at the CAA Championships ... Timed a season-fast 57.38 in the 400m prelims, just 0.02 off her lifetime-best ... Injured in the 200m dash ... Indoor: Ran on each of W&M's four fastest 4x400m relays ... Helped break the school record in the ECAC preliminaries, and went on to earn All-East honors in the finals ... Individually, ran a season-best 25.94 in the 200m at Navy ... Ran 8.04 in the 60m at CNU in February ... Also ran 59.58 in the 400m at that same meet ... Began her career with a 1:40.27 in the 600m at CNU in January.
