2024-25 Season
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction during the fall semester … A W&M Provost  Award winner.
Cross Country:  Appeared in four of six meets … Set a personal best in the 4,000m at the Spider Alumni Open (8/31/24), placing 20th in 14:25.7 … Posted top-100 finishes at the Pirate Cross Country Invitational (38th in 22:44.9), the Panorama Farms Invitational (83rd in 22:54.2), and the CAA Championships (76th in 23:35.1).
Indoor Track & Field: Set a career best in the mile at the East Coast Invitational (2/7-8/25), crossing the line in 5:01.18 … Won the 3,000m at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (2/14-15/25) in a career-best 9:59.59 … Placed 14th in the mile at the CAA Championships (5/14-15/25), posting a mark of 9:59.59.
Outdoor Track & Field: Ran a leg on the 4x400m relay team that won the Dan Stimson Memorial Invitational (3/29/25) in 4:00.79 … Ran a leg on the distance medley relay team that posted a time of 11:46.07 at the Penn Relays (4/24-26/25), the eighth-fastest mark in school history … A member of the distance medley relay team that placed second at the Colonial Relays (4/3-5/25) in 12:17.73 … Set a personal best in the 800m (2:13.75) at the Duke Invitational (4/10-12/25) … Set a personal best in the 1,500m (4:34.14) at the Hill City Twilight (5/2/25) … Placed 13th in the 800m at the CAA Championships (5/14-15/25).

2023-24 Season
Named to the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll with High Honors during the fall.
Cross Country: Raced in all six events during the fall … Finished as the Tribe’s No. 4 at the NCAA Southeast Regional (11/10/23), placing 120th (22:04.5) … Finished 48th (22:56.0) at the CAA Championships (10/27/23) … Was W&M’s fourth runner at the Virginia XC23 Pre-Nationals (10/14/23), finishing 86th at 22:30.7 … Opened the season with back-to-back top-30 finishes at the Spider Alumni Open (29th in 14:39.4) and the Adidas XC Challenge (30th in 18:36.9).
Indoor Track & Field: Finished 18th in the mile (5:08.19) at the CAA Championships (2/22-23/24) … Recorded a season-best 5:05.01 in the mile to place seventh at the Navy Select (2/16/24) … Tallied a 10th-place performance in the 3000m (10:16.08) at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (2/9-10/24) … Took 13th in the mile (5:10.46) at the Brant Tolsma Invitational (1/18-20/24).
Outdoor Track & Field: Placed 19th in the 1500m (4:49.0) at the CAA Championships (5/10-11/24) … Won the 1500m at the Colonial Relays (4/4-6/24) in a time of 4:37.67 … Notched a third-place showing in the 3000m at the Dan Stimson Memorial Invitational (3/16/24) in a time of 10:11.24.

2022-23 Season
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction.
Cross Country: Placed top-140 at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championship (11/11/22)… Finished 47^th at the CAA Championship (10/28/22)… Recorded a top-30 showing at the Charlotte Opener (9/2/22).
 
2021-22 Season
Cross Country: Finished in 41^st at the Virginia XC23 Invitational (10/15/21) with a time of 19:03.9… Suited up for the Green and Gold at the Paul Short Run (10/1/21)…Was 40^th at the Virginia Invitational (9/17/21) in 19:15.8… Opened the season with a 5^th-place showing of 20:16.18 at the William & Mary Invitational (9/11/21)… Competed for the Tribe at the CAA Championship (10/30/21).
 
2020-21 Season
Cross Country: Ran at the CAA Championship (3/5/21) for the Tribe… Competed at Spider/Patriot Winter XC Class (2/20/21)… Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction. 
 
Prep
Won the sectional title at 3,200m during the 2020 indoor season ... Also finished sixth at the New Jersey state meet in the 1,600m her senior year ... Named third-team all-state in cross country in 2019 ... In 2019, helped Voorhees' DMR earn a top-10 finish at the Penn Relays ... Helped win the New Jersey state title in cross country in 2017 ... Member of the World Language Honor Society ... Named to the honor roll all four years ... As a senior, won the Hunterdon/Warren Scholar-Athlete Award.
 
Personal
Daughter of Jocelyn and Kyle Sell ... Father ran track at Lafayette ... Mother ran track at Rutgers ... Also had an aunt (Justina Cassavell) and uncle (Bob Cassavell) both run track and cross country at Rutgers ... Enjoys playing the piano, going to the beach, and hanging out with family and friends … Earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from W&M in May of 2024.
