2023-24 Season
A W&M Provost Award winner … Named to the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll during the fall.
Cross Country: Raced in three of the six events during the fall … Competed at the CAA Championships (10/27/23), placing 85th (24:19.5) … Opened the year with an 81st-place finish (16:04.2) at the Spider Alumni Open () … Finished 83rd at the Adidas XC Challenge (20:29.8).
Indoor Track & Field: Finished 18th in the 3000m (11:44.35) at the George Mason Patriot Games (1/26-27/24) … Took 13th in the 3000m (11:38.73) at the Navy Select (Feb. 16).
Outdoor Track & Field: Placed fifth in the 5000m (19:18.57) at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/22/24) … Posted a 13th-place finish in the 3000m (11:20.04) at the Dan Stimson Memorial Invitational (3/16/24) … Finished 13th in the 1500m (5:24.71) at the CNU Blue & Silver Challenge (3/30/24).

2022-23 Season
Cross Country: Notched a top-30 finish at the Christopher Newport Regional Preview (09/16/22)… Recorded a top-40 showing at the Charlotte Opener (9/2/22)… Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction… Received William & Mary Provost Award for Academic Excellence. 
 
2021-22 Season
Cross Country: Competed for the Tribe at the CAA Championship (10/30/21)… Finished top-75 at the Virginia XC23 Invitational (10/15/23)… Posted a top-70 finish at the Virginia Invitational on Sept. 17… Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction… Opened the season with a 7^th-place showing of 20:42.55 at the William & Mary Invitational (9/11/21)… Received William & Mary Provost Award for Academic Excellence. 
 
2020-21 Season
Cross Country: Finished 44^th at the CAA Championship (3/5/21) with a time of 22:03.6… Competed at Spider/Patriot Winter XC Class (2/20/21)… Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction… Received William & Mary Provost Award for Academic Excellence. 

Prep
Eighth at the Virginia State Cross Country Championships as a senior ... Finished second in the region in cross country ... At the indoor track & field championships, helped Patrick Henry win the state title in the 4x800m relay ... Individually, finished seventh in the 3,200m ... Won the George P. Compton Scholar-Athlete Award in 2020 ... Also won Gold Key Scholastic Art and Writing awards ... Member of the Robotic Team ... Member of the National Honor Society ... Also a member of the Art, Math, Science, and Spanish National Honor Societies ... Helped lead pottery classes at the Glen Allen Cultural Arts Center.

Daughter of Cecilia and Ken Morris ... Enjoys arts and crafts, reptiles, Legos, and aquariums and fish … Earned her Bachelor of Science in Physics from W&M in May of 2024.
