2024-25 Season
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction during the fall semester.
Indoor Track & Field: Set a school record of 54.76 in the 400m at the CAA Championships (2/26-27/25), finishing third … Her time was the 23rd-best in the Southeast Region … Claimed fourth place in the 400m at the Brant Tolsma Invitational (1/23-25/25), crossing the line in 56.97 … Placed sixth in the 400m at the East Coast Invitational (2/7-8/25) in 56.55 … Set a school record in the 300m at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (2/14-15/25), posting a time of 39.48.
Outdoor Track & Field: Set a school record in the 400m at the CAA Championships (5/14-15/25), finishing second in 54.07 … At the same meet, ran a leg on the 4x400m relay team that claimed third place in 3:44.61, the ninth-fastest time in program history … Set a personal best of 12.16 in the 100m at the Dan Stimson Memorial Invitational (3/29/25), becoming the tenth-fastest performer in school history … At the same meet, ran a leg on the 4x400m relay team that claimed first place in 3:45.77 … Ran a leg on the 4x400m relay team that won the Colonial Relays (4/3-5/25) in 3:45.77 … Ran a leg on the 4x400m relay team that finished fifth at the Penn Relays (4/24-26/25), with its qualifying time of 3:42.31 standing as the seventh-fastest mark in program history … Completed the 400m in 54.74 at the Duke Twilight (5/4/25), the fifth-fastest time in school history.

2023-24 Season 
Selected to the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll with High Honors during the fall.
Indoor Track & Field: Finished first at the Navy Select in the 200m with a time in 24.55, the fourth best performance in program history (2/16)…Posted the third best time in W&M history at the CAA Championships in the 200m, crossing the line in 24.49 (2/22).
Outdoor Track & Field: Earned event wins in the 200m (24.43) and the 400m (56.25) at the Dan Stimson Memorial and also was a part of the winning 4x400m relay team (4:00.30) (3/16)…Finished third at the Colonial Relays in the 200m with a time of 24.65 (4/5)…Earned a third place finish at Virginia High Performance in the 400m, crossing the line in 56.50 (4/28)…Finished sixth at the CAA Championships in the 400m with a personal best of 54.39 (5/11).

2022-23 Season 
Received William & Mary Provost Award for Academic Excellence
Indoor Track & Field: Was part of the 4x400 Relay team which captured VaSID All-State Honors… Captured All-CAA honors as part of the 4x400 Relay Team… Ran with the 4x400 Relay team that won bronze at the CAA Indoor Championships (02/23/23) with a time of 3:43.47, the second-fastest in W&M history… Ran the second-fastest 400m in W&M history with a time of 55.28 at the CAA Championships (02/22/23)… Ran a PR 24.48 in the 200m at the Penn State National (01/28/23), the second-fastest in W&M history… Named William & Mary Student-Athlete of the Week (02/01/23). 
Outdoor Track & Field: Competed at the Outdoor NCAA East Prelims (05/27/23) as part of the 4x400 relay team… Captured gold with the 4x400 relay team at the ECAC Championships (05/14/23), the first in Tribe history, with a time of 3:36.94… Set two W&M records with the 4x400 team, including a silver-winning time of 3:35.97 at the CAA Championships (05/06/23)… Ran a 24.11 in the 200m at the CAA Championship, the fourth-fastest in W&M history… Broke her own 200m dash record at High Point University’s Meet of Champions (04/15/23) with a time of 23.91. 
 
2021-22 Season
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction… Received William & Mary Provost Award for Academic Excellence
Indoor Track & Field: Set the W&M freshman record in the 60m, 7.78, at the Navy Select Meet (02/18/22)… Broke the freshman mark in the 200m multiple times, lastly at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (02/13/22) with a time of 24.96… Named William & Mary Student-Athlete of the Week (02/23/22).
Outdoor Track & Field: Named Colonial Athletic Association Rookie of the Year… Competed at USATF US Outdoor Championships… Earned All-CAA honors in three events at the CAA Championships, placing third in the 200m and 400m, plus helping lead the Tribe to a second-place finish as anchor in the 4x400m relay… Broke her own 400m dash record twice at the CAA Championships… Was part of the 4x400 relay team that finished second at the ECAC Championship (05/15/23) and broke its own school record with a time of 3:40.07… Part of the 4x100 team that finished first with a time of 46.77 at the Stimson Memorial (03/26/22).

Prep
