2022-23 Season 
Outdoor Track & Field: Finished ninth at the CAA Championships (05/06/23) in the shot put… Also competed in the discus at the CAA Championships… Moved into No. 15 on the Tribe’s all-time discus performers list with a throw at 40.30m (132-3) at High Point’s Meet of Champions (04/15/23). 
Indoor Track & Field: Moved into No. 14 on the Tribe’s all-time weight throw performers list with a distance of 14.68m (48-02.00) at the CAA Indoor Championship (02/22/23).. Captured the top spot in the weight throw at the Vince Brown Invitational (01/29/23).

Prep
Won back-to-back state championships in the discus in 2021 and 2022 … As a senior, named Sherando High School’s Women’s Track and Field outstanding field athlete and was the Winchester Star’s Track and Field Athlete of the Year … Won the district and regional titles in the discus and shot put in 2021 and 2022 … Placed second in 2021 and third in 2022 at the state championship in the shot put … Placed second at the state track meet in the discus as a freshman in 2019 … Threw 144’ 8.5” at the regional meet during her senior season in the discus … Posted a distance of 38’11” in the shot put at the state meet her junior season … A three-year letter winner as a thrower and basketball (power forward/center) at Sherando … A member of the National Honor Society.
 
Personal
Daughter of Cory and Rachel Carlson … Both parents played collegiately at Penn State … Her, mother, Rachel, competed in track & field for the Nittany Lions, while her father, Cory, played football and ran track & field … Enjoys music, lifting and basketball.
