2024-25 Season
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction during the fall semester … A W&M Provost  Award winner.
Indoor Track & Field: Ran a leg on the 4x400m relay team that placed eighth at the East Coast Invitational (2/7-8/25) in 4:01.36 … Competed at the CAA Championships (2/26-27/25), placing 27th in the 400m in 1:00.01.
Outdoor Track & Field: Placed seventh in the 400m hurdles at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/21/25) in 1:04.91 … Won the 400m hurdles at the Dan Stimson Memorial Invitational (3/29/25) in 1:04.90 … Ran a leg on the sprint medley relay team that placed seventh at Colonial Relays (4/3-5/25) in 4:18.56.

2023-24 Season 
A W&M Provost Award winner.
Indoor Track & Field: Finished fifth at Navy Select in the 400m with a time of 1:00.44 (2/16)…Posted season best in the 400m at the CAA Championships, crossing the line in 59.54 (2/22).
Outdoor Track & Field: Won the 400m hurdles at the Dan Stimson Memorial (1:03.50) and was a part of the winning 4x400m relay team (3/16)…Finished sixth at the CAA Championships in the 400m hurdles, posting a time of 1:02.41 in the finals, the 16^th best time in school history (5/11).

2022-23 Season
Indoor Track & Field: Posted a PR of 9.42 in the prelims of the 60m hurdles at the CAA Championships (02/22/23), moving into a tie for No. 13 on the Tribe’s all-time performers list. 
Outdoor Track & Field: Competed at the ECAC Championships (05/14/23) in the 400m hurdle… Posted a PR of 1:03.30 in the 400m hurdles at the Virginia High Performance Meet (04/30/23). 
 
2021-22 Season 
Outdoor Track & Field: Posted a PR 1:04.39 in the 400m hurdles at the Virginia Grand Prix (05/01/22)… Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction.

Named the Capital District Sportswoman of the Year in 2021 … Selected as the Taconic Hills High School Coaches’ Award in 2021 … Named the 2021 Patroon Conference MVP in track and field … A two-time team MVP (2018 and 2021) … Won three  Section 2 Individual Championship Titles and was twice a Section 2 Individual Runner-Up Titles … A four-time Patroon Conference First Team All-Star (2017-2019, 2021) … Twice qualified for the NYS Championship in 400m Hurdles (2017, 2019) … Won the Patroon Conference Championship in the 400m on four occasions (2017-2019, 2021) … Received the 2019 Coach’s Award … Led team to the 2019 Patroon Conference and Section II Championships … Won the 2018 Patroon Conference Championship … Placed third in the Heptathlon USATF Youth National Outdoor Championships in Brockport N.Y. in 2018 … Helped team to the 2017 Section II Championship … Received the 2021 President’s Award For Educational Excellence as well as the New York Scholarship of Excellence … A High Honor student throughout her high school career … Earned NYSPHSAA Scholar-Athlete honors for multiple sports during her high school career … In 2020, received the RPI Medal for Math and Science, RIT Award for Innovation and Creativity and the Math Achievement Award … A NYS School Music Association Soloist in piano and cello … Top time in the 400m hurdles was 1:03.20 at Nike Nationals in 2021 … Hold school records in the 400m Hurdles, 100m Hurdles, Pentathlon, 4x400m Relay, 4x800m Relay, and Steeplechase … Earned 23 varsity letters in high school in track and field (6), cross country (3), swimming (5), soccer (5) and alpine skiing (4) … Served as senior class president, National Honor Society president, and student council vice president during her senior year … Was the Foreign Language Club treasurer as senior and the class treasure as a freshman, sophomore and junior … A member of the National Honor Society, Foreign Language Club, Student Council, and Model UN.

Daughter of Neil Jr. and Cybil Howard … Born in Albany, N.Y. … Father, Neil, Jr., was a pole vaulter for the US Naval Academy (1983-85) … Sister, Grace, swam at Skidmore College (2018-20) … Enjoys swimming and skiing, reading, gardening, playing with her dogs, and hiking.
