2022-23 Season
Selected to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team... Received William & Mary Provost Award for Academic Excellence
Outdoor Track & Field: Competed at the Outdoor NCAA East Prelims (05/27/23) as part of the 4x400 relay team… Captured gold with the 4x400 relay team at the ECAC Championships (05/14/23), the first in Tribe history, with a time of 3:36.94… Set two W&M records with the 4x400 team, including a silver-winning time of 3:35.97 at the CAA Championships (05/06/23)… Posted a PR of 56.22 in the 400m at the Colonial Relays (03/31/23).
Indoor Track & Field: Was part of the 4x400 Relay team which captured VaSID All-State Honors… Captured All-CAA honors as part of the 4x400 Relay Team… Ran with the 4x400 Relay team that won bronze at the CAA Indoor Championships (02/23/23) with a time of 3:43.47, the second-fastest in W&M history.
 
2021-22 Season 
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction… Received William & Mary Provost Award for Academic Excellence
Outdoor Track & Field: Was part of the 4x400 relay team that finished second at the ECAC Championship (05/15/23) and broke its own school record with a time of 3:40.07. 
Indoor Track & Field: Was part of the 4x400 relay team that placed second at the ECAC Championships with a time of 3:45.38. 
 
2020-21 Season 
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction… Received William & Mary Provost Award for Academic excellence

2019-20 Season
Indoor Track & Field: All-East as part of W&M's fourth-place and school-record setting 4x400m relay at the ECAC Championships ... Helped the team run 3:43.05 in the finals ... Named second-team All-State as part of the 4x400m relay on the first-ever VaSID Indoor Track & Field all-state team ... Broke four freshman records over the course of the season, two each in the 200m and the 400m ... Best time of the year in the 200m was 25.10 at Navy in late February ... Won the 400m dash at Penn State in early February in 56.28 seconds ... Ran on each of W&M's six-fastest 4x400m relays on the season ... CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll for having a GPA over 3.0 in the fall semester.
Outdoor Track & Field: Season cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Prep
Connecticut state champion in the 400m as a junior in 2018 ... Named All-New England indoors in the 300m dash that year as well ... Won conference titles in the 55m, 100m, and 200m dash each of her last three years ... Also won the 300m and 400m as a junior and a senior ... Earned the conference Scholar-Athlete award in soccer, indoor track, and outdoor track each of her final three years ... Social Media director of the class council ... Member of the National Honor Society ... High Honor Roll all four years.
