2024-25 Season
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction during the fall semester.
Indoor Track & Field: Set a personal best in the pentathlon at the Brant Tolsma Invitational (1/23-25/25) with 2,853 points … Ran the sixth-fastest 300m in program history at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (2/14-15/25), crossing the line in 41.80 … Placed 15th in the pentathlon at the CAA Championships (2/26-27/25), accumulating 2,692 points.
Outdoor Track & Field: Set personal bests in the 100m (12.84) and the 200m (25.11) at the Dan Stimson Memorial Invitational (3/29/25) … A member of the 4x200m relay team that placed second at the Colonial Relays (4/3-5/25) in 1:43.88, the sixth-fastest time in program history … Ran a leg on the 4x400m relay team that finished fifth at the Penn Relays (4/24-26/25), with its qualifying time of 3:42.31 ranking seventh in school history … Ran a leg on the 4x400m relay team that finished third at the CAA Championships (5/14-15/25), crossing the line in 3:44.61, the ninth-fastest time in school history.

2023-24 Season 
Selected to the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll during the fall. 
Indoor Track & Field: Finished 10th in the 400m during collegiate debut at the Navy Indoor Invitational with a time of 1:01.20 (12/2)…Finished 14th in the pentathlon at CAA Championships with 2777 points (2/23).
Outdoor Track & Field: Finished fourth in the 100m hurdles at the Dan Stimson Memorial with a personal best of 16.11 (3/16)…Also finished fourth in the 100m hurdles at Virginia High Performance, crossing the line in 17.07 (4/28)…Finished fourth in the high jump at the CNU Blue & Silver Challenge, clearing 1.40m (3/30)...Finished ninth in the heptathlon at CAA Championships (5/11).

Prep
An eight-time VHSL All-State selection … Named the Regional Athlete of the Year … Selected as the WHSV Student Athlete of the Week … A four-time team MVP … Posted prep career-bests of 17-2 in the long jump, 35-11 in the triple jump and 42.66 in the 300m … Served as a class officer in high school and was a member of the National Honor Society.
