Indoor Track & Field: Finished sixth in the 3000m at the CAA Championships (2/26-27/25) with a time of 9:33.49 … At the same meet, placed fifth in the 5000m (16:31.10), posting the ninth-fastest time in school history … Her time was the 29th-best in the Southeast Region … Ran a 4:48.90 mile at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (2/14-15/25), the sixth-fastest mark in school history … Finished second in the 5000m at the Brant Tolsma Invitational (1/23-25/25) with a time of 17:23.54 … Placed 16th in the 3000m at the Penn State National Open (1/31/25-2/1/25), recording a time of 9:35.21.

2022-23 Season
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction… Received William & Mary Provost Award for Academic Excellence... Selected to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team.
Cross Country: Named All-CAA… Finished 67th at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championship (11/11/22) with a time of 21:41.2… Was eighth overall, in 21:51.50, at the CAA Championship (10/28/22) as the Tribe finished in fourth place… Competing against a field of over a dozen regionally-ranked squads, she finished top-35 at the Virginia XC23 Invitational (10/15/22)… Was top-100 at the Paul Short Run (9/30/22)… Crossed the finish line in second place at the Christopher Newport Regional Preview (9/16/22), with a time of 22:06.09… Finished 14th at the Charlotte Opener (9/2/22) in 18:5.3.
Indoor Track & Field: Captured All-CAA honors twice, both individually and as part of the Distance Medley Relay Team… Won gold in the 3,000m at the CAA Indoor Championships (2/23/23) with a time of 9:35.52… Was part of Distance Medley Relay team that won silver at the CAA Indoor Championships (2/22/23) with a time of 11:42.72… Finished second in the 3,000m at the Brant Tolsma Invitational (1/20/23).
Outdoor Track & Field: Captured gold in the 10,000m at the CAA Championships (5/5/23) with a time of 36:08.73… Finished fifth at the ECAC Championship (5/13/23) in the 5,000m with a time of 16:57.52… Posted a PR of 16:29.40 in the 5,000m to take second place at the Duke Invitational (4/7/23)… Ran a 34:33.26 in the 10,000m at the Raleigh Relays (3/23/23), moving into No. 6 all-time.
2021-22 Season

Cross Country: Finished 82nd at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championship (11/12/21) with a time of 22:08.9… Was 25h at the CAA Championship (10/30/21) in 23:09.30… Placed 15th the Virginia XC23 Invitational (10/15/23) in 18:02.6… Finished 77th at the Paul Short Run (10/1/21) in 21:27.2… Made her collegiate debut at the William & Mary Invitational (9/11/21), placing 2nd in 19:25.69.
Indoor Track & Field: Placed eighth in the mile at the ECAC Championships.
Outdoor Track & Field: Competed at USATF US Outdoor Championships… Clinched first place in the 3,000m at the Stimson Memorial (3/26/22).
