Cross Country: Notched a top-40 finish at the Christopher Newport Regional Preview (09/16/22)… Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction.... Received William & Mary Provost Award for Academic Excellence
 
2021 Season 
Cross Country: Finished top-75 at the Virginia XC23 Invitational (10/15/23)… Posted a top-70 finish at the Virginia Invitational on Sept. 17… Opened the season with an 8^th-place showing of 20:57.81 at the William & Mary Invitational (09/11/21)… Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction.

Cross Country: Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction. 

2019-20 Season
Cross Country: Ran three times ... Finished 17th overall at the home meet ... Also ran at the Richmond Spider Alumni Open and at the Panorama Farms Invitational.
Indoor: Ran three times individually ... Best performance of the season was 2:27.19 in the 800m at the CNU last chance meet, taking fourth overall ... Also ran the 4x800m relay at VMI.
Outdoor: Season cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Prep
Led St. John's College HS to back-to-back conference championships in both cross country and track & field her final two years ... Helped win three D.C. "state" team championships over her final five semesters, track & field in 2017 and 2019, and cross country in 2017 ... Individually, named all-conference in cross country as a junior and as a senior ... MVP of the team in 2017 ... Won the D.C. title in the 1,600m, 4x400m, and 4x800m as a sophomore in 2017 ... Added another D.C. championship in the 4x800m as a senior in 2018 ... AP Scholar ... Member of the National Honor Society ... Editor-in-Chief of the school newspaper ... Participated in the Harvard Model Congress ... Class secretary in her freshman and sophomore years.
