2022-23 Season 
Outdoor Track & Field: Competed at the Outdoor NCAA East Prelims (05/27/23) as part of the 4x400 relay team… Captured gold with the 4x400 relay team at the ECAC Championships (05/14/23), the first in Tribe history, with a time of 3:36.94… Was part of the 4x100 relay team that broke the school record three times, including a run of 45.94 at the ECAC Championships… Set two W&M records with the 4x400 team, including a silver-winning time of 3:35.97 at the CAA Championships (05/06/23)… Set the program record in the 100m dash with a time of 11.96 at the Colonial Relays (03/31/23)… Opened the season at the Fred Hardy Invitational (03/17/23) with a first-place showing in the 200m… Named William & Mary Student-Athlete of the Week (04/04/23)…
Indoor Track & Field: Was part of the 4x400 Relay team which captured VaSID All-State Honors… Captured All-CAA honors as part of the 4x400 Relay Team… Ran with the 4x400 Relay team that won bronze at the CAA Indoor Championships (02/23/23) with a time of 3:43.47, the second-fastest in W&M history… Ran a PR 24.63 in the 200m at the Penn State National (01/28/23).
 
2021-22 Season
Outdoor Track & Field: Placed first in the 400m with a time of 56.92 at the Stimson Memorial (03/26/22). 

2019-20 Season
Indoor Track & Field: Broke W&M's freshman record in the 60m dash in her first race of the season ... Ran a lifetime-best 7.87 seconds at Penn State in early February ... Also broke her indoor-best in the 200m at Navy in late February, running 25.24 seconds ... Ran on two of the Tribe's three fastest 4x400m relays during the season, including in the ECAC preliminaries ... Ran the 400m leg on the DMR at the ECAC Championships as well ... Named second-team All-State as part of the 4x400m relay on the first-ever VaSID Indoor Track & Field all-state team ... CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll for having a GPA over 3.0 in the fall semester.
Outdoor: Season cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Prep
Won the 2018 USAT&F Junior Olympics in the 4x400m relay ... Bronze-medalist in the 400m dash at the 2018 AAU Indoor National Championships ... Totaled four all-state honors, two each in 2017 and 2018 ... Five-time all-region honoree .. Six-time all-district nominee ... Named the Potomac Falls team MVP in both 2017 and 2018 ... Vice President of the African American Student Union ... An award-winner guitarist, twice winning the Beatty Guitar Competition and one the Aguado Guitar Competition ... Member of the Key Club ... Member of the Future Healthcare Professionals.
