Indoor: Earned All-East honors in the triple jump ... Finished fourth overall with a lifetime-best jump of 12.30m (40-4.25) ... Just the second W&M athlete to be named All-East in the triple jump indoors ... Ranks second in school history in the event ... Improved her lifetime-best four times over the course of the season in the event ... Won the triple jump at both VMI on Valentine's Day and at Navy the following week ... Named second-team All-State in the jumps on the first-ever VaSID Indoor Track & Field team ... Also competed in the long jump four times, with a best of 5.39m (17-8.25) at Navy in December ... Ran the 60m dash twice, with a lifetime-best 8.11 seconds coming at VMI ... CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll for having a GPA over 3.0 in the fall semester.
Outdoor: Season cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic ... W&M Provost's Award for having a GPA over 3.5.
2018-19
Indoor: ECAC qualifier in the long jump ... Cleared 5.61m (18-5) at Navy in December to qualify and break her personal-best ... Won the event ... Went on the finish 25th at the ECAC Championships ... Also set her lifetime-best in the 60m hurdles at Navy, running 9.61 seconds, and in the triple jump, clearing 11.50m (37-8.75), and in the shot put, with a put of 8.90m (29-2.5).
Outdoor: Was just off her best in the heptathlon at the Mondschein Multis, scoring 4,103 points in mid-April ... Competed in both horizontal jumps and the heptathlon at the CAA Championships ... Threw the javelin a lifetime-best 33.67m (110-5) at the conference meet ... Season-best of 11.64m (38-2.25) in the triple jump came at the Stimson Memorial Meet ... Ran the 100m hurdles in a lifetime-best 15.16 at the Mondschein meet ... ... W&M Provost's Award for having a GPA over 3.5 ... CAA Academic Honor Roll for having a GPA over 3.0.
2017-18
Indoor: Improved her triple jump twice ... Jumped 11.30m (37-1) at the JDL Kickoff in December ... At the other end of the season, jumped 11.31m (37-1.25) ... Scored 2,855 points in her debut in the pentathlon at Liberty.
Outdoor: Earned All-East honors in the triple jump, taking fourth at the ECAC Championships ... Also finished All-CAA in the triple, taking third at the conference championships ... Broke W&M's 20-year-old school record in the triple jump, clearing 12.12m (39-9.25) at the Mason Spring Invitational ... Also beat the 18-foot barrier in the long jump for the first time at that meet ... Finished the year with a lifetime-best 5.66m (18-7) to take sixth in the long jump at the CAA Championships ... Also finished sixth in the heptathlon, scoring 4,113 points ... Won the university division triple jump at the Colonial Relays ... Set lifetime-bests in the 200m (26.25), the 100m hurdles (15.45), the shot put, the javelin, and the 800m as part of the CAA heptathlon ... Won both the 200m and the long jump during the two-day competition ... W&M Provost's Award for having a GPA over 3.5.
2016-17
Indoor: Took third in the long jump at CNU in December, jumping a season-best 5.39m (17-8.25) ... Best in the triple jump came at CNU in February, at 11.09m (36-4.75).
Outdoor: Finished 10th at the CAA Championships in the triple jump and 20th in the long jump ... Cleared a season-best 11.22m (36-9.75) at the conference meet in the triple jump ... Also set her season-best in the long jump (5.19m (17-0.5) ... Ran the 4x100m three times, including at the Colonial Relays ... W&M Provost's Award for having a GPA over 3.5.
Prep
Earned multiple all-state honors in the triple jump, long jump, 100m hurdles, and the 300m hurdles ... Also an all-region performer in the 55m hurdles and the high jump as well ... Won the Sportsmanship, Integrity, & School Spirit Award from Lafayette as a senior ... Also a champion gymnast ... Won the 2016 All-Around state title, as well as multiple event titles over her four-year career ... Has also studied Tae Kwon Do for five years ... Honor Roll every year from third-grade onward ...
