Senior Season (2017-18)
Named to the All-CAA Second Team in doubles along with Rosie Cheng … Topped W&M with 27 singles wins on the year, including a team-best 17-10 in dual-match play… Went 13-6 at the No. 6 singles position … Provided a huge life in the CAA Championship winning all three of her singles matches … Downed Kirsten Ward, 6-3, 6-2, of Elon in the semifinals, before rallying for a come-from-behind three-set win, 3-6, 6-1, 6-1, over James Madison’s Kimmy Herrock … Opened the dual-match season with a win at No. 4 singles in the Tribe’s 4-3 victory over Florida Atlantic … Clinched the Tribe’s 4-2 win Big South Champion Winthrop (1/27) with a come-from-behind, 3-6, 7-5, 7-5, win over Aida Kelic at No. 5 singles … Provide the clinching victory from the No. 6 spot in wins at Dartmouth (2/4) and over JMU (4/7) during the regular season … Provided key singles wins in the Tribe’s 4-3 wins over ACC foe Boston College (2/3), Big Ten foe Maryland (2/10) and George Washington (3/3) … Downed Courtney Meredith, 6-0, 7-6 (5), at No. 6 singles in the Tribe’s 4-3 upset of No. 19 Wake Forest (4/2) … Picked up a 6-3, 7-5 victory over Nathalie Rodilosso during the Tribe’s 5-2 win over No. 36-ranked and Ivy League Champion Princeton … Upset No. 58-ranked Holly Hutchinson of Old Dominion at the ITA Atlantic Region Singles Championship and advanced to the quarterfinals at the event … Compiled a 3-0 singles mark at both the Tribe Invitational and the Kitty Harrison Invitational during the fall … Notched 13 doubles wins on the year … Tallied a 6-6 doubles record with Cheng … The pair clinched the doubles point in the CAA Championship match with a 6-4 win at No. 2 against JMU’s Anna Makarova and Emma Petersen … Teamed with Cheng to win at No. 2 in the NCAA Tournament and help W&M to the doubles point against Mississippi State … A W&M Provost Award winner.
Junior Season (2016-17)
An ITA Scholar-Athlete selection … Posted 10 singles wins on the year and ranked second on the team with 18 doubles victories … Notched two wins at the No. 4, No. 5 and No. 6 singles positions … Clinched the Tribe’s victory over Elon with a 6-2, 6-0 wins over Kirsten Ward at the No. 5 position … Posted back-to-back wins over West Virginia’s Christina Jordan, 6-0, 6-2, at No. 4 and Kansas’ Maria Toran Ribes at No. 5 in three-sets, 6-4, 3-6, 10-2 … One of only two players at the Tribe Invitational to go a perfect 3-0 in doubles singles and doubles at the event … Led W&M with a 14-5 dual-match doubles record, including 13 wins at No. 2 … Enjoyed the most success with Ekaterina Stepanova, going 8-4 overall and 8-3 at the No. 2 post … The duo won its final six matches of the season … They clinched the doubles point for W&M on three occasions vs. Harvard, Brown and Western Michigan … Along with Thaler, upset the No. 79-ranked Rice team of Ho and Niezgoda during the teams’ dual-match in April … Twice earned CAA Doubles Team of the Week on April 4 and March 28 … Tallied a 3-1 doubles record with Lauren Goodman, winning dual-match against West Virginia, Kansas and Wake Forest … Enjoyed the doubles success teaming with Rosie Cheng as well, going 4-2, including a 3-1 mark at No. 2 in dual-match play … Clinched the doubles point with Cheng in Tribe victories over Elon and Richmond … The pair picked up a 7-5 win at No. 2 doubles in the NCAA Tournament against Ole Miss’ Zalina Khairudinova and Natalie Suk… W&M Provost Award winner.
Sophomore Season (2015-16)
Selected as an ITA Scholar-Athlete and was a W&M Provost Award winner for her efforts in the classroom … Posted a 15-12 singles mark, including a 12-5 record in dual-match play … Won seven of her final eight matches … Picked up an important come-from-behind three-set win in the CAA semifinals to clinch the Tribe’s win over Charleston, downing Helena Nyikos, 4-6, 6-3, 6-3 … In the first round of the NCAA Tournament, upended Texas’ Daniella Roldan, 6-4, 6-2, at the No. 5 post … Clinched Tribe wins over No. 57 Harvard and Wisconsin … Against the Badgers, rallied for a three-set win, 2-6, 6-1, 6-4, over Kelsey Grambeau at No. 5 to cement the program’s second Big Ten win of the weekend … The win over Grambeau started a season-long win streak of five straight matches that included three-set wins over Houston and Montana to close out the stretch … Picked up key wins at No. 6 singles in the Tribe’s nationally-ranked wins over No. 35 DePaul (Jarret Fisher) at the ITA Kickoff Weekend in Atlanta and at home against No. 28 South Carolina (Rachel Rohrabacher) … Tallied a 7-3 ledger at the No. 5 singles spot … Won a trio of doubles matches on the year … Advanced to the second round of the ITA Atlantic Region Singles Championship with a straight-sets win over ODU’s Ivana Vukovic.
Freshman Season (2014-15)
Named the CAA Rookie of the Year … Garnered First Team All-CAA honors in singles and second team distinction with Maria Groener in doubles … Finished the year at 19-12 in singles and 18-12 in doubles … Compiled a dual-match singles mark of 13-7, settling in at No. 3 singles and positing at 9-4 ledger … An ITA Scholar-Athlete and W&M Provost Award winner … Selected Second Team VaSID All-State in singles … Clinched the Tribe’s win over Brown with a victory at No. 3 singles … Notched a impressive third-set win over Natalie Suk during the Tribe’s dual-match with No. 24 Mississippi … Helped the Tribe to a dual-match win over ODU with a win over Marijana Novakovic at No. 3 singles … Downed reigning BIG EAST Player of the Year in Patricia Fargas, 6-1, 6-2, in the Tribe’s dual-match with No. 38 DePaul … Won two of her three singles matches at the Kitty Harrison and Yale Invitationals during the fall … Advanced to the second round of the ITA Atlantic Region Singles Championship after knocking off the No. 6 seed Natilya Bredikhina of Maryland … Primarily teamed with fellow classmate Maria Groener, compiling a 16-9 doubles mark, including a 14-6 dual-match ledger … Twice earned CAA Doubles Team of the Week with Groener.
