Was one of the biggest surprises of the CAA Championships ... Made the consolation finals in all three of her events ... Best finish was 10th in the 400 IM ... Also took 13th in the 200 breast, and 16th in the 200 IM ... At the Hokie Fall Invitational, was a consolation finalist in three more events ... Took 10th in the 200 breast, and 16th in both the 400 IM and the 100 breast ... Began the year with a win in the 200 breast against Mary Washington.
2012-13
Reached the consolation finals of the 200 breast at the CAA Championships, finishing 15th overall ... Just missed the cut in the 400 IM, placing 17th in the prelims ... Made the C finals of the 400 IM at the Hokie Fall Invitational ... Finished 18th overall ... Won the 200 breast against Howard.
At Tucker USA Swimming Scholastic All-American ... NCSA Junior National competitor ... Swam for the NOVA Aquatics club team and coach Geoff Brown ... President of the Rock Climbing Club ... Member of the National Honor Society, as well as the Spanish and Math National Honor Societies.
