Played for the Virginia Murauders in the semi-pro USLW-2 and was named team MVP in 2023...Winner of the Virginia State Cup in 2022...Named the PVAC Women's Player of the Year in 2023...Garnered Best Keeper honors of the Copa Irene González Basanta - Torneo Internacional Juvenil Femenino Tournament in La Coruña, Spain in 2024...Was a member of the United States Youth Futsal National Team, winning international tournaments in Canada and Portugal in 2017 and 2018...Played club soccer for Ellicott City Soccer Club, Great Falls Reston Soccer Club and Northern Virginia Alliance during prep years.

Daughter of John and Lorraine Tegris...Mother played four years of soccer at MIT...Grandfather Andrew attended William & Mary and father John earned PhD from W&M...Took eight years of taekwondo and holds a second degree black belt in the sport...Has gone skydiving three times...Volunteered at a local animal shelter and was the volunteer goalie coach for Sandy Spring Friends girls soccer team...Enjoys researching space and exploring nature.
