Kayleigh Shackford returns to her alma mater to join the Tribe women's soccer coaching staff as director of operations in the spring of 2025 after spending the last five months playing professionally for Treaty in Ireland.

The daughter of W&M head coach Julie Shackford, Kayleigh wrapped up her five year playing career with the Tribe in 2023, posting five goals and eight assists for 18 career points. Shackford appeared in 80 total matches, making 62 starts for the Green and Gold.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Sciences from W&M in May of 2023.
