Three-sport varsity athlete (soccer, volleyball and beach volleyball) and two sport club athlete (volleyball and soccer) … Selected to the All-San Juan League First Team in volleyball… In 2021, received the Student Athlete of Character Award from the Orange County Athletic Directors Association … A Fall Spirit of Sport Nominee and selected CIF Southern Section in 2021 … Helped St. Margaret’s Episcopal to the Regional State Championship in 2018-19 … Became first athlete to play a varsity volleyball match against Pacifica and then started at goalkeeper for the soccer team against Santa Margarita on same day … Played club soccer for California Football Academy under Dallas Jaussi … Played in Surf Cup 2021 in Phoenix, Ariz. … Helped program to the 2021 Ahwatuckee Classic and Phoenix Cup, logging 6 shutouts … Led team to NPL Southwest Premier Division Winner 2021, earning bid to NPL finals in Colorado … Member of LGBTQ+ Club, HS Diversity Panel, Junior and Senior Class Rep and a Graduation Speaker in high school.

Daughter of Tanya Mitchell and Matthew Lentz …Both of her parents attended W&M … Her mother, Tanya, was a women's volleyball player from 1991-95, while her dad, Matt, ran cross country (1992-93) … Enjoys all things Disney and hanging with her friends and family in her free time.
