Freshman All-America selection by Phil Steele and FCS Football Central … Started all 12 games … Finished the season with 61 tackles, an interception, four pass breakups, 2.5 TFL and a forced fumble … Honored as the CAA Rookie of the Week after posting four tackles with an interception, which he returned 23 yards, and a pass breakup in the win against Furman … Totaled a career-high nine tackles and a forced fumble at Stony Brook … Recorded eight tackles in both of the last two games, coming against Bryant and at No. 7/10 Richmond … Also tallied a half TFL versus the Spiders … Registered three tackles, a TFL and a PBU in the victory at Wofford … Posted six tackles and a PBU at Coastal Carolina … Recorded five stops and a PBU versus Elon … Tallied a TFL and a quarterback hurry in the victory against Hampton …
