Cross Country: Ran at each of the last five meets ... Ranked sixth on the team in scoring ... Fourth for W&M at both the Southeast Regional and at UVA ... 2018-19
Cross Country: Did not compete.
Indoor: Ran four times ... Turned in a lifetime-best 2:26.11 for 800m at CNU in early February ... Ran the 1,000m twice, with a best of 3:05.21 at Navy ... Also ran the mile once.
Outdoor: Ran the 3,000m steeplechase for the first time at the CAA Championships, finishing 11th in 11:57.51 .. Runner-up in the 3,000m at the Stimson Memorial Meet, just off her lifetime-best in 10:20.34 ... Best race in the 1,500m came at the W&M Triangular, running 4:45.14 ... Ran the 5,000m at GMU in 18:14.36 ... Led-off the 4x1,500m relay at the Colonial Relays ... CAA Academic Honor Roll for having a GPA over 3.0 ... Earned her degree in psychology.
2017-18
Cross Country: Finished 25th overall at the CAA Championships ... Also ran for W&M at the Southeast Regional ... Finished 18th at the Spider Alumni Open ... Part of the varsity squad at UVA and at Penn State as well.
Indoor: Did not compete.
Outdoor: Finished 16th overall in the 1,500m at the CAA Championships ... Ran a season-best 4:54 flat at George Mason.
2016-17
Cross Country: Made the conference squad, finishing 32nd overall at the CAA Championships ... Also ran on the varsity at Penn State and UVA ... Finished 14th overall at the W&M Invitational .. Opened the year 30th overall at the Richmond two-mile.
Indoor: Finished third in the mile at CNU in February with a lifetime-best 5;05.25 ... Also ran that event at the UCS Invitational and at Navy ... Ran the 800m in an indoor-best 2:26.20 at Navy ... Ran on the 4x800m at the ECAC Championships ... Also anchored the "B" 4x800m at CNU.
Outdoor: Finished 12th overall in the 1,500m at the CAA Championships ... Ran a lifetime-best 4:42.32 in the prelims to make the finals ... Fifth in the 3,000m at CNU in 10:19.86 ... Ran on W&M's third-place 4x1,500m relay at the Colonial Relays ... Anchored the 4x800m to an ECAC qualifying time at Richmond ... Also anchored the 4x400m at Richmond.
