Cross Country: Ran only twice, missing most of the season due to injury ... Earned her fifth All-American honor after placing 36th at the NCAA Championships ... First woman in school history to earn multiple All-American awards in cross country that weren't in consecutive years ... In her first race back, finished 25th at the Southeast Regional despite falling early and getting trampled ... That finish earned her third All-Region award, and clinched the Tribe's first-ever regional title.

Cross Country: Southeast Regional Athlete of the Year ... First woman to ever win the region Athlete of the Year award ... Won the Southeast Region Championship at UVA, breaking the course record set by Olympian Sheila Reid in 2009 ... First Tribe woman to win the cross country regional ... Went on to finish 46th at the NCAA Championships, just missing All-American honors ... Helped W&M finish 12th in the team race ... Runner-up at the CAA Championships, helping the Tribe to its second-straight team title ... Led W&M at Pre-Nationals, taking eighth overall ... Won CAA Runner of the Week honors after that performance ... Second overall at the season-opening Spider Alumni Open, and third at the Panorama Farms Invitational ... Elected CAA Scholar-Athlete of the Year following the season ... Picked to the USTFCCCA All-Academic team for the third-straight time.
Indoor: First-Team All-American, finishing sixth at the NCAA Championships at 5,000m ... Ran 16:27.99 at altitude to score three team points for W&M ... Won the USAT&F Junior National Championships in February, becoming the Tribe's first national champion since 1982 ... Was the top-finishing American at the BUPA Great Edinburgh XC Challenge in January ... Captained the U.S. team at the World Junior Championships in Poland, finishing 23rd overall ... 10th at the Southeast Region Championships, earning All-Region honors and leading W&M to its first NCAA qualifier since 2005 ... Bronze-medalist at the CAA Championships ... Named CAA Runner of the Week after finishing 19th overall at Pre-Nationals, best on the team ... Ran in-uniform for the first time at Paul Short, taking sixth overall and second for W&M ... Indoor: Ran the world's fastest 5,000m indoors among junior athletes (U20), after finishing in 16:05.71 at the Armory in March ... Broke W&M's freshman record ... Also set freshman records in the mile (4:51.03) and the 3,000m (9:34.31).
Outdoor: Second-team All-American, finishing 10th at the NCAA Championships at 5,000m ... Was tripped up entering the final lap, but got up to take 10th in 16:08.89 ... Won the USAT&F Junior National Championship at 5,000m two weeks later by more than 40 seconds in 16:13.77 ... Ran 15:45.31 in her first outdoor race at Mt. SAC ... Broke the school record by almost 20 seconds, and the freshman record by nearly 40 seconds ... Time was the U.S. junior best in 2013, and the fifth-fastest ever by a U.S. junior woman ... Ranked top-20 in the world junior ranks ... Won the CAA 10,000m title in her first and only try at the race, breaking the conference record in 34:15.49 ... Ranked top-10 in the world junior ranks ... Prep
Won her region and finished sixth in the Ohio state cross country championships as a senior ... Broke the Ohio Division 2 state record en route to winning the 3,200m state title in 2012 ...
