Outdoor: Just missed all-conference honors at 1,500m ... Ran a lifetime-best 4:36.04 for fourth place at the CAA Championships ... Lowered that time the next weekend at the UVA Challenge, crossing the line in 4:34.13 ... Won the 1,500m at the New Captain's Classic.

Cross Country: Redshirted.
Indoor: Ran the 3,000m twice and the mile once ... Also ran the opening leg of the DMR at Virginia Tech.
Outdoor: Ninth in the 1,500m at the CAA Championships.

Prep: Earned 12 varsity letters in cross country and track at Maggie Walker for coach Jim Holdren ... Earned four all-state honors indoors and outdoors at 3,200m ... Also took fifth indoors at 1,600m in 2010 ... Finished 10th in the Virginia Cross Country Championships in 2009 ... Finished in the top-25 of the seeded race at the 2009 Footlocker South Regionals ... Earned Junior Olympic All-American honors in cross country in both 2008 and 2009 ... Named All-Met by the Richmond Times-Dispatch eight times ... Won the 3,200m indoors at both the district and regional meets as a freshman in 2007 ... Named District Runner of the Year that season ... Earned seven all-district and seven all-region accolades since her sophomore year ... Member of the National Honor Society and French National Honor Society.
