Cross Country: After missing the first three races, came on strong at the end of the year to rank as one of W&M's top runners once again ... Earned All-CAA honors in 10th place overall, third on the team ... Fourth on the team in her season debut at Penn State ... Led W&M at the Southeast Regional, taking 51st overall ... CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll for having a GPA over 3.0 in the fall semester.

2018-19
Cross Country: Led the Tribe all season long, totaling 34 points in six races ... Finished seventh overall and third on the team to help lead W&M to the CAA Championship and earn all-conference honors ... Fourth on the team and 121st overall at the Southeast Regional ... Third on the team and 172nd overall at Pre-Nationals ... Won the CNU Invitational in 22:18 ... Finished 129th overall and second on the team at Paul Short ... Opened the year with a runner-up showing at the Richmond Spider Alumni Open.
Indoor: Earned All-East honors after leading-off W&M's seventh-place DMR at the ECAC Championships ... Also ran on the DMR at Navy in February to earn the qualifying mark ... Only ran once individually, timing 5:13.64 in the mile at the JDL DMR Invitational.
Outdoor: Broke the program record after running sub-2:11 in the 800m six times during the season ... Previously, no one had done it more than two races in a row, no more than three times in a single season, and no more than five times in a career ... Earned runner-up honors at the CAA Championships, running a lifetime-best 2:09.13 ... Qualified for the ECAC Championships, where she was 17th overall ... Also broke the school record as part of the third-place 4x400m relay at the Colonial Relays that ran 3:46.94 to break the record that had stood since 2008 ... Won the 1,500m at the Stimson Memorial meet ... Ran a lifetime-best in the 1,500m, 4:32.02, at the Raleigh Relays ... Cross Country: Third for W&M at the Southeast Regional in 115th place ... Finished 20th overall at the CAA Championships, fifth on the team ... Also ran on the varsity at UVA and Penn State ... Opened the year 17th overall at the Spider Alumni Open.
Indoor: Led off the DMR at the ECAC Championships ... Individually, qualified for ECACs in the 1,000m ... Won each of her first two races, at Liberty and VMI to start the month of February ... Ran 2:15.07 for sixth in the 800m at the UCS Invitational ... Ran a lifetime-best 2:51.49 in the prelims of the 1,000m at the ECAC Championships for 13th overall ... That was the third-fastest race ever, and ranks her second all-time at W&M.
Outdoor: Earned All-CAA honors after taking third in the 1,500m at the CAA Championships ... Won the 1,500m at the Stimson Memorial Quad Meet, beating out Navy, Buffalo, and George Mason ... Ran a lifetime-best 4:33.91 at the Colonial Relays ... Best 800m race of the season came the following week at George Mason, timing 2:14.36 ... Anchored W&M's DMR to a runner-up finish at the Colonial Relays ... Also ran the 4x400m at the ECAC Championships and at the Stimson Memorial Quad Meet.
2016-17
Cross Country: Fourth Tribe finisher at the Southeast Regional, taking 67th overall ... Seventh for W&M at the CAA Championships, clinching the fifth-straight conference title in 25th place ... Also ran on varsity at UVA and Penn State ... Began the year unattached, with eighth-place showings at both Richmond and W&M.
Indoor: Broke W&M's long-standing freshman record in the 800m ... Ran 2:12.85 to win the 800m at Navy in her season debut and break the record of 2:16 set back in 2006 ... Improved that to 2:12.02 in the prelims of the ECAC ... Also finished third overall and the top collegian in the 800m at the UCS Invitational ... Ran on the DMR at the ECAC Championships ... Led-off the qualifying 4x800m at CNU ... Also ran the 4x400m at Navy.
Outdoor: All-ECAC after leading off W&M's third-place 4x800m at the ECAC Championships ... Broke the freshman record in the 800m that had stood for more than 20 years ... Ran 2:13.17 at UVA ... Finished ninth overall at the CAA Championships, missing the finals by one place ... W&M Provost's Award for having a GPA over 3.5.
