Named to the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll during the fall and spring semesters.
Cross Country: Competed in 3 meets … Posted a 4K time of 15:19.4 and placed 70th at the Spider Alumni Open on Aug. 30… Recorded a 5K time of 19:41.5 and finished 81st at the Virginia Invitational on Sept. 12… Ran a 6K time of 23:41.8 and placed 73rd at the Fire Tower Project on Oct. 3.
Outdoor Track & Field: Competed in 4 meets as a senior distance runner, with 4 800m races and 1 4x400 relay … Opened the season by running 2:23.56 (19th) in the 800m final at Richmond’s Fred Hardy Invitational on Mar. 20 … Recorded an 11th-place 800m finish in 2:23.29 at the 2026 Dan Stimson Memorial Invitational on Mar. 28 … Clocked a season-fast 2:18.69 and placed 11th in the 800m final at the 60th Colonial Relays on Apr. 4 … Added a season-best 4:17.96 in the 4x400 relay, finishing 7th at the same meet … Ran 2:20.76 in the 800m at the Duke Invitational on Apr. 11.

Cross Country: Did not appear in any meets.
Indoor Track & Field: Placed 13th in the mile at the Navy Indoor Invitational (12/7/24) in 5:30.32.
Outdoor Track & Field: A member of the distance medley relay team that placed second at the Colonial Relays (4/3-5/25) in 12:17.73 … Finished third in the 800m at the Hill City Twilight (5/2/25) in 2:20.81.
2023-24 Season
Named to the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll during the fall.
Cross Country: Did not compete.
Indoor Track & Field: Finished eighth in the 1000m (3:10.19) at the Navy Indoor Invitational (12/2/23).
Outdoor Track & Field: Did not compete.
2022-23 Season
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction
Cross Country: Notched a top-15 finish at the Christopher Newport Regional Preview (9/16/22)… Recorded a top-45 showing at the Charlotte Opener (9/2/22).
Indoor Track & Field: Placed fifth in the 800m at the CAA Indoor Championships (2/23/23) with a time of 2:15.05, which moved her into No. 15 on the Tribe’s all-time performers list.
Prep
Won the 2021 state championship in the 4x800m relay … Earned all-state honors on eight occasions … Earned letters in track, cross country and soccer at Woodson … Placed 13th in the mile (4:53) and 15th in the 800m (2:11) at the 2022 New Balance Nationals … Posted prep career-bests of 2:11.02 in 800m at the 2022 New Balance Nationals Outdoor at UPenn; 4:51.10 in 1,600m at the 2022 Occoquan Region Championships; and 10:51 in 3,200m at the Patriot District Championship … An all-district, varsity letter winner and top group in the Chorus at Woodson … Received several awards on Model UN.
