CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll (2020-21, 2022-23)

Fifth Year (2023)
Played in all 20 games, starting 19, while having a goal and an assist on the ledger…Had an assist in season-opening win at Temple (8/17)…Scored lone goal of the year vs. Elon (9/24)…Played over 1,000 minutes for the third consecutive year (1,112).

Senior Season (2022)
Started all 19 matches … Played 1354 minutes … Totaled nine points on a goal and seven assists … Her seven assists led the team and ranked second in the CAA … Assisted on a pair of goals in the Tribe’s opener against Virginia Tech (8/18) … Assisted on the game-winner against Old Dominion (8/25)  and UNCW (9/29) … Notched a goal and an assist in the Tribe’s 4-0 win at Hampton (10/23) …Notched assists against Longwood (9/15) and Towson (10/13) … Totaled 16 shots, including seventh on goal, both ranking third on the team … Played a season-high 82 minutes in wins over Old Dominion and Longwood … Recorded three shots, including one on goal, at Hofstra (9/25) … Named to the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll.

Junior Season (2021)
Started all 15 of her appearances in the midfield … Led the Tribe with two goals … Scored the game-winner on a rocket from 25 yards out in the Tribe’s 1-0 win over East Carolina … Converted a 28th minute penalty kick for the Tribe’s first goal of the season at American (8/19) … Totaled a season-high three shots at Charleston (9/26) … Her 1232 minutes played ranked third on the game.

Sophomore Season (2020-21)
Started all six matches … Played a total of 439 minutes … Ranked third on the team in shots with nine, putting three of those chances on goal … Posted a season-high three shots at Charleston (3/13) and at Virginia Tech (3/20) … Selected to the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll. 

Freshman Season (2019) 
Appeared in all 18 matches earning a start in one … Finished the season with a goal and two points … Finished the season with 11 shots and five on-frame … Played 743 minutes … Made her collegiate debut in the season opening win against George Washington (8/22) … Notched her first career goal at Liberty (8/29) … Fired a pair of shots against Fairleigh Dickinson (9/8) … Made her first collegiate start at Princeton (9/22) … Had three shots, including two on-goal at Drexel (10/19).

Prep
Played high school soccer her freshman and sophomore season at Rock Ridge … Led her team in goals both her freshman (16 goals) and sophomore (15 goals) seasons … Named First-Team All-Conference and All-Region after both seasons … Tabbed Second Team All-State following her sophomore year … Played for the NJ Rush on National Select Rush teams from 2010-13  … Was a member of PDA New Jersey (2013-14) … Joined FC Virginia ECNL (2014-17) where she was invited to PDP Training Centers … Member of the FC Virginia Development Academy from 2017-19, which was a top-five team in the country … Invited to the US Soccer National Training Centers from 2012-15 … In the classroom, member of the National Honor Society … Mentor in WINGS program, mentoring freshmen at her high school … Multiple RISE Winner, nominated by teachers for Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence … Received outstanding awards on One to the World Projects … Coaches younger players with FC Virginia.
 
Personal
Daughter of Shane Shackford and Julie Shackford and Bo Wilhelm … Mom, Julie, played women's soccer at W&M from 1984-88, and is the current head coach of the Tribe … Dad, Shane, was a three-time All-American soccer player and Hall of Famer at Mary Washington … Aunt, Colette Cunningham, played soccer at NC State, for the US Women's National Team, and professionally in Italy … Cousin, John Mitrovic, played football at W&M … Aunt, Kristen Jesulaitis, played soccer at W&M as well … Uncle, John Cunningham, is a member of the class of 1991 ...  Enjoys working out, hanging out with friends and family, and going to the beach in spare time … Earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Sciences in May of 2023.
