2025-26 Season
Outdoor Track & Field: Competed in 7 meets as a thrower, posting 4 top-5 finishes… Placed 4th in the hammer throw (48.56m) at the Phoenix Invitational 2026 on March 13… Recorded 4th-place finishes in the shot put (14.03m) and discus throw (42.19m) at the 2026 Dan Stimson Memorial Invitational on March 28… Took 5th in the hammer throw (52.50m) and placed 7th in the shot put (15.30m) at the 2026 CAA Outdoor Track & Field Championship on May 16.

2024-25 Season 
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction during the fall semester.
Indoor Track & Field: Posted a season-best of 17.65m (57' 11") in the weight throw at the East Coast Invitational (2/7-8/25), the 33rd-best mark in the Southeast Region … Claimed fourth place in the weight throw at the CAA Championships (2/26-27/25) at 17.55m (57' 7") … At the same meet, finished eighth in the shot put with a mark of 14.32m (46' 11.75") … Placed second in the shot put and third in the weight throw at the Navy Indoor Invitational (12/7/24) … Finished fifth in the shot put at the Brant Tolsma Invitational (1/23-25/25), posting a season-best mark of 15.32m (50' 3.25").
Outdoor Track & Field: Set a personal best of 44.01m (144' 5") in the discus throw at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/21/25) … Won the hammer throw and placed second in the shot put at the Dan Stimson Memorial Invitational (3/29/25) … Set a personal best of 57.67m (189’ 2.5”) in the hammer throw at the Duke Twilight (5/4/25), the ninth-best mark in program history … Placed eighth in the shot put, ninth in the discus throw, and ninth in the hammer throw at the CAA Championships (5/14-15/25).

2023-24 Season 
Indoor Track & Field: The sixth best performer in program history for the weight throw with a mark of 18.54m at the George Mason Patriot Games, also finished third in the shot put with a toss of 15.16m (1/26-27)…Finished fifth in both the shot put and the weight throw at the Navy Indoor Invitational (12/2)…Earned a fifth place finish in the shot put at the CAA Championships (2/22).
Outdoor Track & Field: Finished second in the hammer throw at the Fred Hardy Invitational with a mark of 48.42m (3/22)…Earned runner-up in the hammer throw at the CNU Blue & Silver Challenge with a season best toss of 51.71m (3/30).

2022-23 Season
Indoor Track & Field: Posted a PR of 16.40m (53-9) in the weight throw at the Navy Select (02/17/23)… Was second in the weight throw and fifth in the shot put at the Vince Brown Invitational (01/29/23).
Outdoor Track & Field: Posted a PR of 51.75m (169-09.5) in the hammer throw at the CAA Championships (05/05/23)… Competed in the shot put at the CAA Championships (05/06/23)… Notched a PR of 42.7m (140-2) in the discus at the Virginia High Performance Meet (04/30/23).

Prep
VHSL Class 3 Discus State Champion in 2022 … Served as a team captain in 2021-22 … Competed in four years of varsity indoor and outdoor track … A member of the Richmond Track and Field Club and the Commonwealth Throws Club … Served as co-president of the Russian Club and Russian Honors Society in 2021-22 … Member of the Outdoors Club.
