2025-26 Season
Cross Country: Named the CAA Rookie of the Year … Finished as the CAA Runner-up in the 6k at the CAA Cross Country Championship on Oct. 31, posting a season-best 20:01.6 …It was the sixth-fastest 6k time in school history … Earned All-CAA honors … Competed in 6 races, recording 5 top-25 finishes and 1 win at 6k … Opened season by placing fourth in the 4k at the Spider Alumni Open on Aug. 30 (13:34.8)… Finished second in the 5k at the Virginia Invitational on Sep. 12 (16:50.4)… Won the 6k at the Fire Tower Project on Oct. 3 (20:49.1)… Ran the NCAA Division I Southeast Region Cross Country Championships on Nov. 14, placing 39th in the 6k (20:29.3) … Named CAA Runner of the Week on Sept. 2, Sept. 16, and Oct. 21.
Outdoor Track & Field: Competed in 2 meets, running the 5,000m (2) and 10,000m (1) with 2 top-5 finishes… Opened at The Hill City Twilight on May 2 by placing 5th in the 5,000m (17:26.70)… Placed 5th in the 10,000m final (35:29.42) at the 2026 CAA Outdoor Track & Field Championship on May 16… Ran 17:50.40 for 11th in the 5,000m final at the CAA meet on May 16.

2024-25 Season
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction during the fall semester … A W&M Provost  Award winner.
Indoor Track & Field: With a time of 2:15.67, finished second in the 800m at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (2/14-15/25) … Claimed third place in the 800m at the Navy Select (2/21/25) in 2:14.33 … Ran a leg on the 4x800m relay team that finished fourth at the CAA Championships (2/26-27/25) in 9:09.54 … At the same meet, ran a leg on the distance medley relay team that finished third in 11:47.67, the 10th-fastest time in school history.
Outdoor Track & Field: Placed second in the 800m at the Dan Stimson Memorial Invitational (3/29/25) in 2:13.86 … Set a personal best in the 800m at the Duke Invitational (4/10-12/25), placing 30th in 2:12.19 … Ran a leg on the distance medley relay team that posted a time of 11:46.07 at the Penn Relays (4/24-26/25), the eighth-fastest mark in school history … At the same meet, ran a leg on the 4x800m relay team that finished fifth in 8:57.30 … Competed at the CAA Championships (5/14-15/25), finishing 12th in the 800m in 2:14.83.
