Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction during the fall semester.
Cross Country:  Did not appear in any meets.
Indoor Track & Field: Finished 14th in the 800m at the Navy Select (2/21/25), crossing the line in 2:26.32.
Outdoor Track & Field: - Placed third in the 3,000m at the Dan Stimson Memorial Invitational (3/29/25) in 10:46.18 … Finished second in the 5,000m at the Colonial Relays (4/3-5/25) … Set a career-best in the 5,000m at the Hill City Twilight (5/2/25), posting a time of 18:16.87.

2023-24 Season
A W&M Provost Award winner … Named to the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll during the fall semester.
Cross Country: Ran at the season-opening Spider Alumni Open (9/2/23), placing 69th (15:43.6).
Indoor Track & Field: Finished 10th in the mile in a time of 5:28.65 at the Navy Indoor Invitational (12/2/23) … Placed 13th in the 1000m at the George Mason Patriot Games (1/26-27/24) in a time of 3:11.27 … Finished 14th in the 800m in a time of 2:26.32 at the Navy Select (2/16/24).
Outdoor Track & Field: Did not compete.

Prep
A four-year MVP in cross country … Helped Hopewell Valley Central qualifying for the state cross country meet as a team in 2022 … Qualified for states in cross country and track and field as a freshman … Qualified for the Meet of Champs in cross country as a senior … Named the Hopewell Valley Central Athlete of the Year in 2023 … Captained both the cross country and track and field team in high school … Selected as Runner of the Week in the Trenton Times in 2020 … Awarded Mercer County Runner of the Year by Mercer County Track Coaches Association in 2021 … Posted prep career-bests of 19:00 in the 5K, 11:31 in the 3200m and 5:18 in the 1600m … Along with competing four years in cross country and track and field, was a member of varsity lacrosse team for two seasons … A Leader of Student Movement Against Cancer (2020-23) high school … Served as a class officer all four years … Qualified for Nationals in DECA in 2023.
