Named to the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll with High Honors with Distinction during both the fall and spring semesters … A W&M Provost Award winner.
Cross Country: Competed in 5 meets, logging top-25 finishes in the 4K and 6K … Ran 14:10.0 in the 4K and placed 15th at the Spider Alumni Open on Aug. 30 … Posted 18:17.9 in the 5K at the Virginia Invitational on Sept. 12… Placed 21st in the 6K (21:45.3) at the CAA Cross Country Championship on Oct. 31… Recorded a best 6K time of 21:42.3 at the NCAA Division I Southeast Region Cross Country Championships on Nov. 14.
Outdoor Track & Field: Did not appear in any meets.

2024-25 Season
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction during the fall semester … A W&M Provost  Award winner.
Cross Country:  Posted top-50 finishes at the Panorama Farms Invitational (37th in 21:51.7) and the CAA Championships (50th in 22:46.7) … Placed 104^th at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championship (11/15/24) with a time of 22:44.5.
Indoor Track & Field: Scored podium finishes in the 1,000m and the 3,000m at the Brant Tolsma Invitational (1/23-25/25) … Placed fifth in the mile at the CAA Championships (2/26-27/25) with a time of 4:55.45.
Outdoor Track & Field: Did not appear in any meets.

Prep
Won the VHSL Indoor and Outdoor 3200m State Championship in 2024 …  As a junior, won the state title in both the 1600m and 3200m at VHSL 5A Indoor Track Championships … A member of the state champion 4x800m relay at the VHSL 5A Indoor State Championships in 2022 and 2023 … Helped Albemarle to the 2020 VHSL 5A Cross Country Team State Championship … Served as the Junior Class Vice President … Was the Student Council Treasurer in high school.
