2023-24 Season 
Selected to the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll during the fall.
Indoor Track & Field: Named CAA Field Athlete of the Week (2/20)…Finished third in both the shot put and weight throw at the Navy Select, posting a personal best in the weight throw with a mark of 18.65m, the fifth best in program history (2/16)…Finished fourth at the CAA Championships in both the shot put (15.46m) and weight throw (18.04m) (2/22).
Outdoor Track & Field: Named the CAA Field Athlete of the Week twice, 3/19 and 4/9…Took gold and earned All-CAA honors at CAA Championships in the shot put with a mark of 17.00m, earned bronze in the discus as well as All-CAA honors (5/10-11)…Finished first at Colonial Relays in the shot put, posting 17.67m, the 11^th best toss in school history (4/5)…Took first in the hammer throw (55.45m) at the CNU Blue & Silver Challenge, posting a personal best (3/30)…Swept first place in the shot put, discus and hammer throw at the Dan Stimson Memorial (3/16).

2022-23 Season
Received William & Mary Provost Award for Academic Excellence
Indoor Track & Field: Captured bronze in the shot put at the CAA Indoor Track & Field Championships (02/23/23) with a 15.63m (51-03.50)… Placed fifth at the CAA Championship (02/22/23) in the weight throw with a PR of 16.58m… Finished top-10 in the shot put at the Doc Hale VT Meet (02/04/23)… Finished first in the weight throw and shot put at the Vince Brown Invitational (01/29/23). 
Outdoor Track & Field: Named Most Outstanding Field Performer at the CAA Championships (05/06/23)… Captured gold in the shot put with a winning throw of 16.61m (54-06.0)… Finished fourth in the discus at the CAA Championships (05/05/23)… Took eighth in the discus at the IC4A Championship (05/14/23) with a throw of 47.09m (154-06)… Posted a PR in the discus at the Meet of Champions (04/15/23) at 48.11m (157-10)… Competed in the shot put college event at the Penn Relays (04/28/23)… Finished third in the shot put and fourth in the discus at the Colonial Relays (04/01/23)… Threw a then-PR of 16.81m at the Dan Stimson Memorial (03/25/23) moving into No. 7 on the all-time performers list… Opened the season with a first-place finish in the shot put at the Fred Hardy Invitational (03/17/23).
