2025-26 Season
Outdoor Track & Field: Competed in 8 meets, running the 200m (5), 400m (6) and 4x400 relay (3)… Recorded 2 top-5 finishes, highlighted by a 3rd-place 400m… Placed 3rd in the 400m final (58.99) and finished 8th in the 200m (27.06) at the Dan Stimson Memorial Invitational on Mar. 28… Helped the 4x400 relay place 4th (3:53.52) at the Colonial Relays on Apr. 4… Clocked her fastest 200m time of the season in 25.53 at the Virginia Challenge on Apr. 18… Ran her fastest 400m time of the season in 57.68 at Duke Twilight on May 3… Finished 6th with the 4x400 relay (3:48.41) at the 2026 CAA Outdoor Track & Field Championship on May 16.

2024-25 Season
Indoor Track & Field: Posted a season-best 400m time of 59.92 at the Brant Tolsma Invitational (1/23-25/25).
Outdoor Track & Field: A member of the 4x200m relay team that claimed second place at the Colonial Relays (4/3-5/25) in 1:43.88, the sixth-fastest time in school history … Placed 18th in the 400m at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/21/25) in 59.40 … Competed at the CAA Championships (5/14-15/25), finishing 22nd in the 400m with a time of 59.49.

2023-24 Season 
Indoor Track & Field: Finished fifth at the George Mason Patriot Games with a season’s best time of 1:20.14 in the 500m (1/26)…Apart of second place team in distance medley relay at CAA Championships (2/22).
Outdoor Track & Field: Apart of winning 4x400m relay team at the Dan Stimson Memorial (3/16)…Apart of 4x100m and 4x400m relay teams at Colonial Relays that finished third and second respectively (4/6)…Posted a personal best in the 200m at the Virginia Grand Prix, crossing the line in 25.37 (4/12)…Finished fifth in the 400m (58.08) at Virginia High Performance (4/28).

A four-time All-American … Named all-state on 10 occasions … A seven-time school record holder at Kellam … Twice named team MVP … Led Kellam to two region championships as a team … Competed in track and field for four years … Served as a team captain … Posted prep personal best of 57.68 in the 400m and 1:17.22 in the 500m … A member and captain of C.R.T … Placed in the top 5 in all events for the club … A member of the National Honor Society.
