Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction... Received William & Mary Provost Award for Academic Excellence
Cross Country: Finished top-150 at the NCAA Southeast Regional (11/11/21)… Placed top-35 at the CAA Championship (10/28/22)… Suited up for the Tribe at the Virginia XC23 Invitational on Oct. 15… Ran at the Paul Short Run (09/30/22)… Was 51^st at the Charlotte Open (09/02/22).
Outdoor Track & Field: Ran in the 1,500m at the IC4A Championship (05/13/23). 
 
2021-22 Season
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction… Received William & Mary Provost Award for Academic Excellence.
Cross Country: Was 16^th at the CAA Championship (10/30/21)… Posted a top-55 performance at the Virginia XC 23 Invitational (10/15/23)… Suited up for the Tribe at the Paul Short Run (10/01/21). 
Outdoor Track & Field: Posted a PR of 3:49.63 in the 1,500m a the Virginia Grand Prix (05/01/22)… Was part of the 4xMile relay team which finished in 16:50.78, the ninth-best time in Tribe history, at the Penn Relays (04/30/22). 
 
2020-21 Season 
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction… Received William & Mary Provost Award for Academic Excellence.

2019-20 Season 
Cross Country: Earned All-CAA honors for the first time, finishing fourth at the CAA Championships ... Tied for third on the team with a 27 points, finishing as part of the scoring seven in all six races ... Second on the team at the CAA Championships ... Third on the team at both UVA and Penn State ... Fourth for W&M at both the home meet and the Southeast Regional ... Fifth scorer at the Richmond Spider Alumni Open to begin the year ... Named to the CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll in the fall, for having a GPA over 3.0.
Indoor Track & Field: All-East, taking fifth in the mile at the IC4A Championships ... Improved his lifetime-best in the mile each of the three times her competed ... Ran 4:12.09 at Penn State in early February to qualify for IC4As ... Improved to 4:09.69 in the prelims, and then improved to 4:06.88 in the finals ... Also ran the 3,000m twice ... Won the event at Penn State early in February in a lifetime-best 8:24.69 ... Anchored the DMR to an IC4A qualifying time at that same meet.
Outdoor Track & Field: Season cancelled due to coronavirus pandemic ... W&M Provost's Award winner for having a GPA over 3.5.

2018-19 Season 
Cross Country: Ran on the varsity at the CAA Championships, finishing 19th overall and eighth on the team ... Also ran at the CNU Invitational, finishing seventh overall and fifth for W&M ... Opened the year at the Spider Alumni Open, taking 21st overall.
Indoor: Named All-East as the anchor on the sixth-place DMR at the IC4A Championships ... Ran twice individually in mid-February ... Won the mile at Navy in 4:17.05 ... Finished sixth in the 3,000m at the JDL DMR Invitational, running 8:32.04 on the flat track ... Also ran on the DMR at the VMI Invitational.
Outdoor Track & Field: Voted as the CAA Rookie of the Year in track & field ... Swept the distance double at the conference championships, winning the 10,000m in his first-ever attempt at the distance ... Also won the 5,000m title the following day ... Qualified for the IC4A Championships at 5,000m after running 14:40.59 at the Raleigh Relays ... At the IC4A Championships, ran a lifetime-best 14:29.46 for 10th overall ... Finished seventh in the 1,500m at the Colonial Relays, running 3:49.66 ... W&M Provost's Award for having a GPA over 3.5 ... CAA Academic Honor Roll for having a GPA over 3.0.

2017-18 Season 
Cross Country: Redshirted ... Ran unattached three times, with a best of seventh at the Tribe Open ... Also ran at the Spider Alumni Open and the W&M Invitational.
Indoor Track & Field: Redshirted.
Outdoor Track & Field: Redshirted.

Prep
Finished in the top three of the Michigan state cross country championships twice, and earned all-state honors three times total ... Won back-to-back state titles at 3,200m the last two years after earning all-state as a sophomore ... All-region in both the 1,600m and 3,200m all four years ... Named Academic All-State in both cross country and track each of the last three years ... Valedictorian of his graduating class ... Won the American Chemical Society Outstanding High School Chemistry Student Award ... Co-Editor in Chief of the Yearbook ... Member of the Steel Band, Jazz Band, and Quiz Bowl ... Member of the National Honor Society.
